Thank you very much. Customer will try it tonight. Same customer has another question with same 2020 Edge Titanium. His previous Edge Titanium (2015) had shift paddles but his new 2020 Edge Titanium does not. Ford.ca (which customer is referencing) says shift paddles are std on Titanium Edges. Order guide says the are included with tow package. Don't know how to respond. Can you assist? Thanks

I need to get answer to this adaptive headlight issue. My customer picked up his 2020 Edge Titanium last week. The adaptive headlight option on the left menu is greyed out and is unselectable. Does this mean that adaptive headlights were not installed at the factory or does it mean that they are not working or does it mean that they are working. Can a Ford Edge Product Manager answer this question.

I wish a Ford Edge Product Manager would answer my question. Why does the 2020 Edge Titanium (no tow pkg) not have the paddle shifters even though Ford.ca shows that it does.

Ford.ca shows paddle shifters are included in Titanium trim level in Canada. Order guide says paddle shifters are included in tow pkg. I know of an Edge Titanium w/o tow pkg that does not have paddle shifters so I presume they are not included in Titanium. How can I explain it?
