  1. No, option for Platinum and Limited only
  2. Yes, it still folds flat if you don't have the work surface.
  3. The highest GVWR package is default. You (or you dealer) have to choose to "de-rate" it. For the F-350 SRW Gas engines it is the "10,000 GVWR Package" and for the diesel SRW it is the "11,400 GVWR Package". If you want the highest payload, don't choose one of the GVWR packages.
  4. It's actually not even called that. The below is from Ford's vehicle builder. There is no such thing as a "Heavy Duty Payload Package" for the F-250 or the F-350. You would not need the Trailer Tow Package below on a F-350 and it's not even offered. You are good to go. F-250 Trailer Tow Package - High Capacity Requires: • 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engine • Trailer Brake Controller (TBC) – XL SRW Includes: • Increase GCW on diesel engine from 23,500 lbs. to 30,000 lbs. • Upgraded axle Not available with: • 10,000 GVWR/9,900 GVWR Package • Pickup Box Delete
  5. I'm pretty sure that package is only for the F-250s. Since you ordered a F-350 you have nothing to worry about.
  6. We've all driven around for decades with halogen lights and I doubt they've ever been the cause of an accident due to lack of night visibility. LED headlights look better/cooler so everyone wants them. I'm one of those so I paid more to get them.
  7. Apologies. I know someone who had their date bumped up. I'll check back again after March 1st.
  8. Looking for another update. I figure it is the same status, but maybe I'll get lucky and the move production date up. 1FT8W3BN7MED17861
  9. Would it be best to remove the spray-in bedliner? My build week is 3/1 and others that ordered the same week have a build week of 2/15. Curious if removing the spray-in bedliner would bump my build up to an eariler date.
  10. Imagine if Apple and Google offered their own complete UI that would control all the features the manufactures UI does (i.e. Sync, UConnect, etc.). The manufacturers wouldn't have to develop their own unless they so choose. This would be great for the consumer since you could potentially have a very similar interface no matter which vehicle you are in.
  11. Very true, but I think there would be comfort knowing it is probably going to have less issues with an Android... maybe.
  12. Yes to adaptive cruise control. It's one of those things where once you start using it you will love it. Same thing with adaptive steering.
  13. That would make sense. One of the great things about Google (for the most part) is their open source approach to software.
  14. Makes me happy the wife and I have Android phones and not Apple iOS.
  15. Ok that's good to know. My build week is 3/1 so hoping it doesn't get delayed.
  16. You might have one already and not know it. I called Ford's Marketing number and asked if they could check. Turned out I had one for $2000 that expires on 3/31/21.

    SYNC 4

I doubt current Super Duty's will be able to upgrade to Sync 4. From what I've read the hardware and software used for SYNC 3 is not compatible with Sync 4.
