    I'm not sure what you mean with Tonneau cover with tool box. I just installed a wheel well tool box kit on my F350 and it has a Tonneau bed cover. The tool box kit fits perfectly at the wheel well, saving more bed space and all my tools are well kept organized. Here it is : https://auto-truck-accessories.com/wheel-well-tool-box/.

    I have mine replaced with carbon ceramic pads and no more squeal and dust free.

    LED is the way to go. Try to replace the turn signal lights, tail/brake lights to LED's
