  1. I was able to get Ford to agree to email me my window sticker. Marketing said they saw it and would send it to me. Today was my build day but nothing from Ford for updates.
  2. Requesting information on Order: E016 VIN: 1FT8W3DN4NEC12645 I sincerely appreciate your help and effort. Thank you, Eric
  3. Ordered in March, first build date was 7/19 with delivery 8/16. Build date moved to the 7/21 then last week back to 7/20. Delivery date has not budged. I am getting the feeling I will just get a call one day saying it's in as getting any real data/info on this truck has been like pulling hippopotamus teeth. I can see the data I want, but Ford is fighting giving it up all the way!
  4. Window sticker update. So none of us seem to be getting email updates or our window stickers for those (in production)... called marketing and simply asked the young lady if she could email my copy to me as I wasn't getting updates from Ford. Bingo, she came back and said no problem and will be sending it out. My build day is today and this was a good test to see if things are really moving forward. (22' Lariat Crewcab dually 4x4)

  6. If you want your sterring to go through a cheap plastic control gear then go for it and get it. For me this is a quick, easy and hard NO.
  7. Could be a stock order that happens to meet your specs as the did the Job #1 production? Just a speculation.
  8. Well more things are happening as they have uploaded all of my build components as well as images inside and out to the trackers. Build date is the 21st.
  9. Call Mike Gonzales at Tom Denchel in Prosser. He is the GM and has gone overboard to get my dually ordered.
  10. Did your dealer get you in on CVOP? If your not then your order will be processed only when your dealer orders are slated to be produced. You have to have CVOP verification for early production.
  11. Well today my order transitioned to "In Production"... so according to Ford this occurs 6 to 10 days before actually hitting to production line. What does this mean with the one week shut down coming? Don't know, but just happy to see a change 5 months.

  13. Yes and no. My dealer was notified that it was a build date through their vehicle visibility system status system. Ford marketing confirmed the same thing that it was the initial build as well.
  14. My production date has remaind constant for a.month, just got notifed it was moved from the 19th to the 21st but Ford confirmed a delivery date of Aug 16th is solid.
  15. Thanks for the update and correction! Sorry you will be down. Hope the best for everyone there.
  16. It is apparent you did not read the release above in my post from Ford. It clearly says F150 and Ford Transit ONLY. Not Super Duty: The Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant will be down the weeks of July 12th and 19th on the Ford F-150 side, and down the week of July 19th on the Ford Transit side.
  17. Someone posted about super duties shutting down... according the Ford Authority this morning, only the 150 side is taking a hit and nowhere is super duty mentioned. That list starts with the Ford Chicago Assembly Plant, which will be down the weeks of July 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th, with a two shift schedule planned for the week of August 2nd. Next up is the Ford Dearborn Truck Plant, which will run a two shift schedule for the weeks of July 12th, 19th, and 26th. The Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant will be down the weeks of July 12th and 19th on the Ford F-150 side, and down the week of July 19th on the Ford Transit side. The Ford Flat Rock Assembly Plant will be also down the weeks of July 12th and 19th. The Ford Hermosillo Assembly Plant will be running one of two shifts the weeks of July 12th and 19th, while the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant will be down the week of July 12th and on a two shift schedule the weeks of July 19th, 26th, and August 2nd. The Ford Louisville Assembly Plant will operate on a reduced schedule the week of July 19th. The Ford Oakville Assembly Plant will only build the Lincoln Nautilus the weeks of July 19th, 26th, and August 2nd. Finally, the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant will be down weeks of July 5th and 26th, but that closure is due to an unrelated parts shortage that’s not chip-related.
  18. Given so many are not doing this as dealers in some cases are unaware, you may not be back as far as you think if you order now. I mean the machine is just firing up and Ford wants sales...
  19. I have had an order since March, down payment and everything. My dealer already had a build and delivery date and this came after all of that. They were very happy to see this come through and wanted to let me know. I am guessing there is a lot more grinding in the machine on getting these 22s out than what we all realize??? Just happy we have any movement. God help the first deliveries as the amount of questions that will flow from that event!
  20. So like most all of us who have ordered our 22s, some having vins and dates, others having just an order... we all had to verify our orders with our dealers (drivers license and signed order form). I just got a notice from the General Mgr at my dealer of this reciept form. If you haven't been notified or don't have a copy of yours, you may want to consider calling. It won't make your life better or your truck get here faster, but I was told this is a validation from Ford that your order and purchase are approved and you will get a truck. Note: some of the blank spaces on the form have personal data unique to your order...I just pulled it off for here.
  21. Question on terminology. Given my dealer recieved a production date and delivery date to the dealership for my 22...does that constitute a scheduled or unscheduled vehicle?
  22. I really hope so, this is something that would bring a lot of good news to the superduty family if more build dates get released for others!
  23. Just wanted to post up some words of encouragement that the delivery dates are starting to come. My dealer called and said he had good news. My production date is July 19th and the delivery date is August 16th. This is to Eastern Washington State. (My order was placed in March) Truck: F350 Lariat 7.3 CC DRW 4x4 long bed
  24. I don't even know why this is issue. Does no one go to autoparts stores anymore. They sell shorty rubber whip antennas and have for the last 30 years.
