  1. @Ngwidener the moderators will tell you to skip the salesman and ask for the sales manager. Your salesman probably doesn’t know what information is available.
  2. @BikerNM the pin box is the trailer’s part of a fifth wheel connection. That should answer your first question too.
  3. Ford Truck Enthusiasts. It’s a different forum.
  4. You go into the truck settings on the productivity screen (the one behind the steering wheel). There is a remote start menu in there somewhere and it lets you change how things are when you remote start. I believe I changed it to turn it on the way it was when the truck was turned off.
  5. The way I got my timeline was to write down the info each time I called the CSX#. Once it’s at the local rail yard everything goes black until it gets delivered to the dealer.
  6. I pulled up the electronic sticker many times while I was waiting and the date at the bottom only change about 5 of the times I pulled it up so that is what I was going by. Those dates changed the day it got built, the day rail tracking showed the truck started moving, a couple of times when it reached the final rail yard and when it was delivered. The other twenty or so times I checked it the date did not change from the last milestone. That was just my experience.
  7. @JC2014 the date on my sticker changed when it arrived at the final rail yard, about the same time the truck was transferred from the rail company to the transport company, then again when it was delivered to the dealer.
  8. The productivity screen and center stack screen are two different screens. The productivity screen is the one between the tachometer and speedometer directly in front of the driver. The center stack screen is the one with Sync, NAV, Audio etc.
  9. I think some of the confusion over the driver being considered in the payload number comes from the Ford brochure. It states the maximum payloads shown in the brochure are for a “properly equipped base vehicles with required equipment and a 150 lb. driver”. What they conveniently don’t include in that note is your door sticker is total payload available and you have to deduct the driver’s weight as well as everything else. They do say you have to check the door sticker but leave it unclear that the 150 lb. driver doesn’t apply to the sticker.
  10. @Fred F-250 there is also an unscheduled spreadsheet if you are interested. You can find that thread HERE
  11. Picked my truck up yesterday afternoon. Ordered 4/30 so it’s been a little while but happy with the outcome.
  12. Thanks for providing info and updates. Picked my truck up yesterday!
  13. The window sticker won’t be available until about a week before your scheduled day.
  14. @tweedr182 my truck is sitting 70 miles away at the rail yard waiting for final transport. My delivery ETA window is 11/9 -11/15. Hopefully it will get delivered sometime this week but from what I hear final transport is hit and miss depending on truck and driver availability. When I finally get it I’ll post the entire timeline.
  15. I ordered a the same in a 350 and got bumped around a few times but finally got built. The final date change it actually got moved up a week. I think it was a commodities issue (Lariat Ultimate, Black Appearance, Adaptive cruise - not steering) The bed liner is supposed to be an issue though once mine was built it got the spray in liner the same day. I ordered 4/30 and the truck was built on 10/14. I had build weeks of 9/27, 10/4, 10/18, and finally 10/11.
  16. Try looking for the rain sensing wipers option. As I recall they are bundled together and the option name starts with the wipers.
  17. Sorry if I’m the wrong caliber of member. It was an honest mistake and not from being lazy about the rules. I won’t bother you anymore.
  18. Thanks fo the update. Sorry about the copy/pate. I did the plain text paste last time because I pasted from an outside source. This time I pasted from my previous post, from within this forum, so thought I was good. Won’t happen again.
  19. Could I get an update please? VIN: 1FT8W3BT8NEC65866 Thanks
  20. That’s what is weird, it doesn’t change it for a Fifthwheel/gooseneck. These numbers are for a F350. It doesn’t look like it changes it on a F250. The only thing I can figure is that they screwed up on the towing guide.
  21. If you look at the 2021 & 2022 Towing Guides there is actually a 5,000 reduction in conventional towing capacity for 18” AT (15,000) vs. 18” AS or 20” AT (20,000) tires with the 6.7 PS. They are all 15,000 if you get the 7.3. I can’t for the life of me figure out why.
  22. The Production Week Scheduling Information that @ice-capades last posted shows Super Duty will be scheduled today for build week of 11/15 and there were no updates in the Scheduling notes that say anything about Super Duty’s not being scheduled. Your dealer probably doesn’t want any calls about ordered truck for three weeks.
  23. @blwnsmoke I tried to send you a message but got an error saying you couldn’t receive messages, can you PM me the warranty info?
