  1. Shipped Your vehicle is In Transit or on its way to your dealership. Transit times vary from an average of 12 - 28 days based on your location and the plant where the vehicle was built. 12-28 days from Kentucky to Minneapolis? I've saw a truck shipment from Kentucky to Minneapolis a month ago that took 4 days. So maybe I'll contact the dealer at Apple Valley Ford in Minnesota and ask him to keep an eye on the train movements.
  2. I was up during the night with a restless dog. I decided to open my email and saw something from Ford. I opened it and it said my F-350 has been built and is awaiting shipping to Apple Valley Ford, in Minnesota. I ordered the truck on May 24th. I cancelled the adaptive steering mid summer and then dropped the Tremor package in September after the dealer told me they were not allowed to make vary many Tremor orders. The regional Ford rep moved me to priority 01 and I got scheduled for build on Oct. 11. Then I got bumped to Oct. 18. Then bumped to Nov. 1, and finally pushed to November 22. So it seems odd that Ford would send me an email at 2:42am on November 13th, saying the truck is built and awaiting shipping. My wife and I left Washington State in late August to come stay with my sister in Nebraska while waiting for delivery of the truck. It's been getting cold here and we are suppose to be arriving in Phoenix at an RV resort on December 1st. We probably won't make it there by then because of probable shipping delays. I also made a request to Ford to have the truck drop-shipped to a dealership in Fremont, Nebraska, just 10 miles from where we are staying. They said they would try to do that, but the email I got said it is shipping to Apple Valley Ford in Minnesota, where I originally purchased it. I've been reading a lot of your messages, especially the ones from buyers who have finally received their trucks. I hope we get ours in the coming weeks. Dan
  3. Add anther thank you to Ice Capades for helping a stranger work out his difficulties with an order. As a result of his intervention, I got my truck moved to a priority 01 and schedule for production. It also resulted in a buyer from the dealership contacting a Ford regional manager to discuss my build and intervene. I am so very grateful to Ice Capades. Tomorrow is an important date for me, I am scheduled for build the week of Nov. 1st. Tomorrow is the last chance Ford has to delay the build...again. So wish me luck. I ordered back on May 24th; F-350 Lariat, Tremor package, Ultimate package, adaptive steering, black-out, and several other options. I did finally delete the adaptive steering and then the Tremor package to speed things up. My wife and I had to leave our 5th wheel camper in Washington State because of the delays. We arrived in Nebraska in late August to stay at a relatives until the truck is delivered to Apple Valley Ford in Minnesota. We are days away from selling our current daily driver, a 2015 Ford Edge Sport. I had it serviced at a local Ford dealer in Fremont, Nebraska. They offered to buy it and also said they would contact Ford and see if they would deliver our new truck to them, rather than have us fly to Minneapolis to get the truck in Apple Valley. I'm all for that. The Apple Valley dealer said he didn't want to lose the sale or the possible trade-in. The Ford dealer in Nebraska said they would credit the sale to Apple Ford, and I've already found several better offers for my Edge than the dealer in Apple Valley offered. My question to folks here is; can Ford divert a delivery to a different dealership that where it was first purchased? Again, for those who come here like me with all sorts of questions and concerns, you can trust the good people here like Ice Capades to provide you reliable and helpful information. DanO
