    I’m with you brother…took it as levity/sarcasm.

I ordered a 21 in April, had Ford cancel mid-May, reordered a 22 late-May, been waiting ever since…Platinum F250 Tremor with AS, spray-in bedliner, and 5th Wheeling prep.

I feel the frustration of everyone, as much as myself.  On a positive note, our camping season is ending, so can wait until after New Years.

Still priorty 10, awaiting scheduling…hoping for a PCO for the hassle.

Keep the faith…we can laugh later, after getting and enjoying our trucks.

I feel your pain guys. I ordered 21 Lariat F250 Tremor everything other than AS January 16th and got canceled end of June and re ordered a 22 July 9th sitting on a priority 2 and haven't heard anything.

There are a lot of factors involved in getting a vehicle scheduled. Having an "02" priority code helps but the scheduling system is sometimes not able to make exceptions to commodity restraints, supplier issues, etc. that may be preventing your order from being scheduled yet. Your Dealer may have more information regarding commodity or plant restraints regarding your order by reviewing their AM Preview Report which shows that information.

    Ok. Thanks for the info.

Frustrating. I fully expected to get my truck by the end of the year. Not gonna happen.

and that is my second order. First one was placed in January for a 2021 and FORD canceled it on me as they couldn't get it built before the 2022 switch over. So I got put at the back of the line again. This is crazy

I pass on the same information I get from Ford! Ford releases the information it wants to and misses or ignores a lot information that would make it a lot easier for Dealers and customers alike. It nothing new as Ford's communications have been terrible for years. In the past year, Ford's made the whole ordering and scheduling process much more complicated and time consuming. At the same time, Ford's seen a tremendous increase in retail customer orders, which they've encouraged, and the whole system is a mess!

ice-capades. Supposedly I've been on a priority 2 since the beginning of September for a F250 Lariat Tremor. Should I of seen a response by now regarding a VIN? I've been in communication with the dealership and they haven't seen anything move on there end.

@ACC2420 it seems your dealer should be making the necessary adjustments to your order to get a better chance at scheduling. Every dealer has known for months that fleet orders are on the back burner. In fact I’m pretty sure they were aware of it when you re-ordered in July. Your dealer should have changed the order to retail or at least talked to you about options they have to improve your chances at getting scheduled.

I appreciate the information. From my own research I did find that out and I did make them put in a retail order for me. Just don't know what else to do after I've been waiting for 10 months since I started this whole process.

Fleet scheduling is a totally different process with Fleet Priority Codes referencing a desired production week. Fleet orders for December production won't start scheduling until 10/14/2021.

I've had an order in on the fleet side since January 16th for a F250. Then Ford canceled my order at the begging of July and I had to re-order again and still haven't seen or heard anything. The process for me has not been a good one. It would of been nice to know that Ford is putting the Fleet orders on the back burner from the very beginning. Doesn't make sense as we have a lot of other Ford vehicles but I guess that's what you get for trying to maintain some loyalty. Thinking maybe I should buy GM. I get the entire parts and labor shortage as we are in it as well but after 10 months I'm not buying it anymore. Especially when I see constant examples of people ordering and having there trucks delivered in 3-5 months.

Dealer "Wholesale" allocation agreements are being completed today. Super Duty scheduling next week will be for retail orders only for expected production weeks of 10/04/2021 & 10/11/2021, per Ford.

I've had almost the same exact thing happen to me. But I had an order in starting back on January 16th only to get my order canceled by Ford at the begging of July and had to re order July 9th. I've done some reading and people are saying to not order under our fleet account as those orders our put last in line to build. So now I have put in a second/third order on the retail side and waiting to hear if I can get my priority moved to a 1 by the regional guy since my orders have seemed to slip through the cracks as well. I'm extremely frustrated and at a loss of words anymore.
