  1. Ostentatious?/ gaudy? You liberal? Or just not willing to show your pride for where you live? My understanding of this topic is to show our accessories we for our truck. Seems the "pledge of allegiance" and "we the people" makes you feel the need to act a bit insulting.
  2. I added: Side badges Rear window decal Window tint 50cal antenna Front bumper. More to add in the future. But these are my main add-ons I was pretty excited about.
  3. I'm seeing all these crazy high registration costs? Are you all talking about plates? I got new plates. (Custom plates) and paid for the plate and registration. $150.25 for one year.
  4. 05 chevy 2500hd 6.6 duramax. To 2022 f350 6.7 powerstroke.
  5. Looks good. Good thing you didn't get the front camera. Bumper really does block alot. Have a fun trip! I'm over half way to a 1000 miles too.
  6. Communication is key! All you need to do is keep your dealer informed. Over text or in writing. I prefer text cause it's not lost in a desk but on your sales guys phone when he goes to send you a text. You want to the sales manager included. (Group text) A trusted and good honest dealer will make sure your taken care of as a customer and work with your schedule. But they can't do anything if nothing is communicated with them.
  7. If your dealership does ICCU then you might try to get a deal through them. I got a 1.89% with 60month term. ICCU wouldn't get me even close to that by themselves. But the dealership can bargain a lower rate.
  8. Most lube shops will take small amounts. With it having water in it then maybe not but you could ask a mechanic shop also. They might take it. Your only talking about no more then half a cup. Even the dealership might. Did you ask them?
  9. They protect from surges to the equipment as much as they prevent a device from pulling too much amperage from too small of a wire causing damage to the wiring. In both cases it's best to use the recommended wiring and fuse to power whatever device you want to run. Usually there is more then one 0.5 amp light on a single 15amp circuit.
  10. It's never recommended to run a larger fuse on a lower amp device. Defeats the purpose of protecting the equipment. So if you want to run a inline fuse then I don't see any reason not to. The lower amp fuse will blow long before the higher amp fuse still protecting your equipment.
  11. I got my truck the same day. Do you have any mods or accessories planned?
  12. Alittle update on this. When I picked up the truck I got off work at 6am (I work night shift). I woke up at 10:30am did my bank stuff and then left the dealer at 3pm. Back to work at 6pm. I was so tired I did not do as planned and fully inspected the truck. Well after work I was showing off the truck to a co-worker. And he pointed out several scratches on the passenger side.... ? I messaged my sales guy about it first thing in the morning and without hesitation he got confirmation that the scratches will be fixed and he will let me know when he has a open spot for me to get it repaired. ? I am very impressed with this customer service of kendall Ford of Meridian. They are not closest to me. The Ford dealer nearest to me has made me and most people I know upset every time we walk out of the door. In a way I am glad cause it ended me up at the dealer I ordered my truck from. I am confident that my future relationship with them will continue on a positive note.
  13. Ordered May 21st Production on March 28th Delivered April 20th Picked up April 21st I have alot of installs to do if anyone wants more photos when the bumper and ceramic and window tint and stuff gets installed. The white truck is my brother's 2019
  14. I know when I ordered my truck on May 21st, 2021. It was alittle bumpy to get to when the truck finally got here. Overall I am very happy with my dealer. They were very patient and respectful to me through the whole process. They were not perfect but I'm also not always a easy customer to deal with. When I was frustrated with problems we had they had someone that was able to address the issue and fix it to the best of their abilities. On the day of pickup (today) everything was exactly as it should have been. Price was exactly as we discussed in the beginning. They made the truck ready even accommodating my work schedule. So If your from the Boise Idaho area I would recommend kendall Ford of Meridian if you want a good honest dealer. I'm going to install some accessories I got for it and then post more photos in photo of delivered trucks post and for cyperman. ?
