  1. DId you have yours painted? if so how much did it cost. Thanks
  2. What kind and where did you get your Tremor Fender Flares? Thanks
  3. I didn't, as you really have to look for it. It doesnt bother me. For those worried about MPG as I am: my 2020 ford (same truck package as my new one its just got the black out package). When I picked up my 2020 I drove it home and averaged 19.9 with the full stock valance. My 2022 with the 2x4 valance got 20.9 mpg. for the same trip. Not exact science but was good enough for me.
  4. Will the premium care pay for the replacement of LED lights? On FLOOD's site you can add LED light coverage for like another 150 bucks (approx).
  5. The truck on the Right is my F-250 with the 2 wheel drive front air dam vs the one on the left with the standard 4x4 air dam. The 2 wheel drive is about 3.5" shorter and cost about $140 for the dealer to install. I drove it home to Bend, Or from Boise, Id and got 20.9 mpg with an average speed of 72mph. My truck is the fx4 off road 4x4 with the Diesel. Drove to my daughters about 110 miles round trip at 65mph and got 22 mpg for the trip including a lil bit of city driving. I think the 2x4 looks better and still maintains the fuel mileage.
  6. Flood Ford https://www.floodfordesp.com/esp_plans.php?PlanDetailID=6&ModelID=2&VehicleYear=2022&VehicleMileage=10&StateID=38&TimeCheck=1&AWD=1&Surcharge4=0&Surcharge2=0&Surcharge5=0&Surcharge3=0&Submit=Continue
  7. Ok, so I talked to the Ford's shop mechanic and he said that the new fords run up to about 900 rpms (high idle) when its cold out to get up to operating temp quicker. If its warm out it may not do it. Today I remote started it in 20 degree weather and when I got into the truck it was at 900 rpm's, I touched the brake pedal to put it in drive and it lowered the rpm. I think thats all it is. The mechanic said you cant make it go into high idle on demand like we do with our ambulances and brush trucks to maintain oil pressure and voltage unless you have an aftermarket high idle kit which they do.. Thanks for the comments.
  8. I have the 6.7 Diesel. I doubt it was a regen as it only had 4 miles on it.
  9. Ok, so I could swear that while the dealer was showing me all the bells an how to operate the truck, the truck went into high idle. The sales guy said all you have to do to shut it off is step on the brake. It went into high idle several times. My truck has not went into high idle since while parked.. Was I dreaming this? or was it just a fluke? I have tried putting on the parking break while at idle and nothing, even in cold weather at 32 degrees. ( i swear it went into high idle at the dealership)....
  10. I got my window sticker a lil over 2 months before it was even built. I would assume your sales person is probably giving you lip service... it will take probably at least 2 weeks to ship it.. just my thoughts..but good luck..
  11. I finally got mine and had them put on the 2x4 air dam, its about 4'' shorter than the stock 4x4 one and a lil bigger than the tremor air dam. Here is the picture of mine on the right with the smaller air dam. The one on the left is an f350 vs my f250. FYi. the mileage seems to be fine on the 350 mile drive home over 2 mt ranges doing an average of 70+ i got 20.9 mpg hand checked. The on board computer said 20.7 mpg..
  12. This has been talked about and Ford has price protection. Call customer service at Ford and have them call you dealer. My dealer honored my deal as its fords policy I believe.. And they took 6500 off the MSRP.. $79,665 to $73,150 I only got the $500 off for being a first responder as I didnt qualify for any other price changes reductions.
