I’m glad that you got it resolved for now.
I had a similar thing happen in my last truck GM) a few years ago and it turned out to be a communication glitch with CAN buss for the transmission. I never travel without my scan tool now.

Same here Dec-Feb. I keep a hose outside year round but I blow out the water with my air compressor after each use so it’s available to rinse out a deer or rinse the undercarriage on a warm day. Sometimes I will run it through a touch less car wash with under carriage wash if it’s really bad.
In the spring I make sure to give it a real good flushing. The amount of silt that I get out of the vehicles is surprising. The silt holds moisture and salt speeding up the rust.

Keeping the truck clean and really flushing out the frame, wheel wells, inner fenders, and bumpers goes a long way to preventing and slowing down rust.

I have the Oxford white and I like the contrast of the black bed liner. I would think that a white color matched liner would look dirty all the time due to the texture collecting dust and dirt.

If you look at the pictures of this gooseneck kit you can see the tabs on the bottom that rotate into the slot of the puck system. As posted above, what you are just seeing is just the frame or other parts of the truck.

I have one of these. It works great for what it is designed for but I have used it more to lift other things into the bed of the truck. Last thing I hoisted was my air compressor.
It’s a little sloppy but works fine.

I should have added that I am priority code 19 so nothing special there.
I wanted the Ford spray in bed liner because they do the Ford logo up front.
