  1. I regularly park on a 6% grade and never roll back. I do use the parking brake.
  2. For science, what % is the grade? Your truck should have an "off road" page in the productivity screen that shows.
  3. Regen has nothing to do with DEF; regen is burning soot out of the diesel particulate filter whereas DEF is used in the selective catalytic reduction system. dealship answer is bs. I don’t know what the answer is though.
  4. I don't think so. Do you have a video or sound clip?
  5. Maybe this video will help you see what I'm referring to. After playing with it, I think the trick is to have the knob all the way counter-clockwise before turning on MAX. If the knob is anywhere else as a starting point it does not work. 2022 Super Duty - Max AC Knob.mp4
  6. I do love that bigger productivity screen. Yeah my DPF % does seem high. Right now I’m at 40% and 400 miles. I do short trips but I try to at least get the engine up to temp each time. I never idle excessively. I’ve done a few 40 minute highway trips and was expecting a passive regen to bring my % down but the number has only gone up. I can’t tell what a passive regen feels like but I don’t think I’ve had one yet. Based on my driving habits I’ll probably have to do some active regens which I think is unfortunate and a waste of fuel.
  7. On mine it's under "Maintenance Monitor" along with the oil life. But on your King Ranch with the bigger productivity screen, it could be somewhere else.
  8. Yup, that’s what it should do but it does not always.
  9. Bob you should have got the bench seat. Where can I get one of those?
  10. I have a the single-zone manual climate control (XL trim) and either I'm not educated on how to operate it or I have discovered a defect. To give some background on what the controls look like, for you guys with the fancy dual-zone systems: The temperature control knob goes from 100% heat (completely clockwise) to 100% cool (completely counter-clockwise). Just past the 100% cool position, it says "MAX A/C". If you rotate the knob to this position, it is a momentary switch and the knob springs back to 100% cool as soon as you let go. There is an LED above the label "MAX A/C" to indicate whether MAX A/C is on or not. Seems super simple. But it only works about 20% of the time. The rest of the time nothing happens when I rotate to the MAX A/C position. Am I supposed to hold it there, NOT hold it there, or some other criteria that the computer decides whether it wants to turn on MAX A/C? I see nothing in the owner's manual about this, so I'm assuming the system should be as simple as it appears. I might have to make a video to show what I mean.
  11. When you say "the value was not accepted" do you mean there was an incorrect checksum? Actually though, don't even mess with the As-Built programming for DPF% / OCR. Just use the non "As Built" IPC programming procedure option and it's point-and-click. Make sure you're on the latest version of Forscan, as the developers add more point-and-click options with newer versions.
  12. Same… I just assumed it would have one but should have known better. Oh well, I am thankful it finally arrived.
  13. Tagging @cyberdman here since the tracking forum is closed. Thank you once again!
  14. Photo attached. What would you use to treat this?
  15. Haven’t had to yet, but I’d probably save mine to burn in my kerosene lantern.
  16. Wow, way more than mine. I have a 2022 350 CCSB XL 6.7 4x4 with camper springs and only have 3,371lbs. 1,200 lbs less than you, and my bed is short vs your long. I was actually surprised mine is so low since it's an XL. EDIT: I saw above that yours is a crew cab. I thought for sure it would be regular since your number is so much better. I wonder why our numbers are so different!
  17. @cyberdman , sorry to hear this. I am so grateful for the help you've provided with tracking my orders, and if it weren't for you I probably would not have stuck it out waiting for a Ford vehicle. I cannot thank you enough. I wish you the best of luck in whatever you do next.
