  1. Will be interesting to see how Ford reacts. I believe when the administration delayed the deadline from December to January, it took HR 2 days to issue a statement, so I’m not expecting an update until Thursday or Friday. I do know Chrysler, which was using the OSHA rule as a basis for their corporate mandate, has said that they don’t care that the OSHA rule has been suspended and that they’re requiring the vaxx anyways.
  2. Regarding the posts about people getting cancer following mRNA shots https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8538446/pdf/viruses-13-02056.pdf Surely thats just a Q conspiracy theory though.
  3. Still required for Ford Motor Company salary, but not Ford Credit. Last I heard HR was overwhelmed with exemption requests (medical and religious) and has said that they won’t finish reviewing them in time for the deadline, so everyone should continue working as normal for the time being.
  4. OSHA just officially suspended the rule in response to the court ruling. https://www.osha.gov/coronavirus/ets2
  5. The top of page 4 is interesting. It seems to imply that the federal contractor is facility based. This is the first I’m hearing of this detail from any source.
  6. I’ve heard similar around my department. Know multiple people that have had talks with various LL6s, though funny enough none of those people talked to their direct supervisors so its all very strange. Have not heard if HR has been approving or denying any exemption requests yet. Additionally there is a hearing scheduled for Nov 15th regarding the military’s mandate, and I’ve heard various opinions on whether it will affect just the armed forces or everyone impacted by the EO.
  7. New member here and PD employee from Dearborn, but wanted to post this interesting bit relevant to Ford’s recent announcement. https://www.defenseone.com/policy/2021/11/biden-administration-delays-contractor-vaccine-mandate-until-jan-4/186621/ The deadline for federal contractors was extended out to match the OSHA deadline of Jan 4th. Wonder if Ford will react. Things aren’t looking pretty in our group.
