  1. What date are they telling you it shipped? I wonder if it just hasn’t started moving yet and the tracking is just for that rail cars last trip.
  2. I can attest to this. My vehicle shows “Built” on 6/29 on the tracker. The VVR and the rail tracking show it was shipped on 6/26 (3 days earlier than it was even built according to the tracker).
  3. Save this phone number in your phone contacts. It should auto dial everything you need to track your truck. (800) 235-2352,,,1,81814192#,,964352#,,## P.S. I’m thinking that’s not the right railcar number since it comes up as delivered in March.
  4. Post your Railcar number and I’ll create the speed dial sequence for you.
  5. Yup I saw that too. I believe it was a she. Same build day as me so my email hopefully isn’t too far behind. She called the delay the “Platinum Curse”. Lol. Ain’t that the truth.
  6. Congrats! It looks like they’re making progress on these trucks. Up until yesterday people with production dates of 5/3-5/9 were getting their built emails. Glad to see they’ve moved up to 5/14. Shouldn’t be long before the rest of the trucks built through the end of May waiting on these modules get cleared out. ?
  7. I've counted four posts so far today where the order status changed to built. The latest one I saw was built 5/9. So hopefully yours will be changing soon. Mine was built 5/26 so I may have a little while to go.
  8. 3 people from the FB group on MCS hold reported getting Built emails this morning. Their production dates were 5/4, 5/5, and 5/9. Finally some progress.
  9. My window sticker showed up here about a day before it showed up on the order tracker page. Try putting your VIN at the end and see what happens. https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=YOURVINHERE
  10. An update on the MCS hold. I spoke with CS yesterday and asked about my order status. I was told the usual “your vehicle is in production” with the same ETA as before. I was about to end the call when I asked “so no changes on my microchip hold?” The rep then said “I don’t see any chip holds on your vehicle”. I felt that was strange since every other rep both chat and phone has always been able to see it. I inquired with my dealer who made a phone call and they found out the MCS modules were installed in my truck on June 9th and it left the factory. After finding this out another user also on the same mcs hold inquired and found out his were also installed on June 11th. But for some reason the order statuses are not being updated. If you are on the MCS hold I would reach out to your dealer and ask them if they see a chip hold still listed on your truck. If not, then it probably already got the modules installed like mine. Current ETA listed is 6/30 - 7/6 despite still showing in production on the tracker.
  11. The new ones going into production are being built within a day or so because they no longer have to wait on the multi contour seat modules. Those of us with platinums built in May are still waiting for that coveted built email.
  12. The same guy said today that the trucks on hold for the MCS modules will be getting them installed before they leave the factory. The ones coming down the assembly line now with the delete are not getting the hardware needed to add the modules later.
  13. The trucks on hold for the mcs modules will continue to be on hold until the modules come in and are installed. Trucks being built from here on out will have the feature deleted. The trucks with the multi contour delete have different hardware installed in the seats - so it won’t be possible to just add the modules later to add the feature back.
  14. Yes. The plant normally runs 7-days a week. Your scheduled “day” can be any day of your scheduled week. Since Sunday is the last day of your scheduled week don’t be surprised if you get an email saying your scheduled week has changed to June 20th. Since you are scheduled for the last day of the June 13th scheduling week that email will be automatically triggered if your day gets pushed back even one day.
  15. Does your truck have multi-contour seats? If so, the MCS modules are not readily available and trucks being built with these seats are being put on a corporate stop ship.
  16. Just wanted to give an update on the multi contour seats for those of you stuck in production. My build day on my F450 Platinum was 5/26. Tracker still shows in production. Im actually already fully built including the spray in bedliner, but in a corporate stop ship awaiting the MCS modules. I checked with Ford and my order has an ETA to the dealer of 6/30-7/6 (and I’m in CA). This “hopefully” means they are expecting modules soon. I have gotten confirmation from someone in the know at the factory that the trucks built with the MC seats awaiting the modules will be getting them installed before shipping (meaning they will not be deleted). The future trucks that are getting the feature deleted have different internals being installed in the seats. As of yesterday (6/2), they were still building them with the multi contour seats. I’m not sure when they will switch over to the deleted seats. And yes, I know some people were built in May and had their MC seats deleted. These were the test trucks for the deleted MC seat hardware. If you’re already passed your build day and you want to see if your MC seats have been deleted, simply look under “Accessories” on the tracker page for “Multi-Contour Delete”. If you don’t see that - then you are most likely also on a corporate stop ship awaiting the modules.
  17. Same boat as you on a Platinum F450. Built the same week as you after 10 reschedules. Unfortunately we’re both on a corporate stop ship awaiting for the MCS modules.
  18. My first thought would be to their Lincoln vehicles.
  19. It applies to the diesels only. See link below. https://blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/70356-2022-f-series-super-duty-production-information/&do=findComment&comment=1183042
  20. I have some summer camping trips planned too that I felt like were going to be ruined by not getting my truck. In the end I decided I wasn’t going to let Ford ruin it for me. I was able to rent a 3/4 ton pickup from Enterprise for $450/week (plus taxes). Yeah it sucks, but renting it for 2-weeks a month in June and July to get me through the summer is still less than the truck payments will be haha. I’m hoping to have my truck by the July vacations since I’m finally in production but who knows.
  21. What are the details of your truck? Does it have multi-contour seats?
  22. You’re already scheduled so it doesn’t affect you. It means nobody that is unscheduled will be getting a scheduled build week & VIN next Thursday.
  23. My truck is already in production with a scheduled to day of May 26th, so no I can't. I will wait it out like everyone else and see what happens.
  24. I can agree with this statement. But we know it will never happen.
