  1. Bump. Please check for the latest update. FYI, last week I received a “Shipped” email from Ford and then another email next day with a 1 months delay in delivery ETA. Not sure what to make of it. Thanks!
  2. Agree with Cyberdman here. For some reason the bed here looks longer than 8’ , more like 10’, but we all know that 8’ is the longer bed from factory. Enjoy your new beast with nicely matching Fuels!
  3. I get it. There are those who received a PCO after ordering, so to apply it they have to apply it by delivery date.
  4. Lately i’ve seen people doing it to apply an expiring 4/4 PCO which stated “…take delivery by 4/4”. I assume if something went wrong on delivery they can rip up the paperwork, get refunded, etc? Not sure how easily it would be to back out of a signed sale contact.
  5. Thanks. I view this as positive news. From Delay-Volume to Delay-Rail Carrier in one week, it seems to be making steady progress through the delay statuses?
  6. Bump. Can you please check if there is any update on my situation. Thanks!
  7. Thanks again ICE. This is so timely. My truck is sitting on Delay Volume hold at KTP, while other trucks built after me, going to the same dealer, are shipping out business as usual the next day after being built. Can’t make logical sense of it; just bad luck i’m guessing.
  8. Hello and thank you in advance Cyberdman. Can you please provide an update on my order.
  9. Yep, that’s good enough for at least a 20” lift!
  10. In your experience, has it ever happened that someone with a VIN did not get build in that model year? I understand if someone is unscheduled clean and their order would need to be resubmitted for the new MY, but i wonder if receiving a VIN is a near guarantee that one will get build.
  11. According to all the news articles, the entire Kentucky plant will be closed this week. I’m not a journalist to verify this information, but coming to the thread and implying “fake news” on Ford Authority article does nothing but poisons the already anxious and frustrated thread. “The Kentucky Truck Plant and Ohio Assembly Plant will both be closed starting March 7 and, hopefully, it'll only be for the week.”
  12. Subjectively written by Ford Authority? Really? Ford Authority article was referencing a CNBC article, who in turn was quoting Ford. Why didn’t you mention that, doesn’t fit your narrative of everyone around lying to you? “Ford on Thursday confirmed production downtime next week for Ford Super Duty pickups and Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs at a plant in Kentucky and medium-duty trucks and chassis cabs at a plant in Ohio.” There have been 1/2 dozen other news articles since that all with same information.
  13. Could be many reasons, one of them to hide components out of view - on a non tremor SD versions theres a metal piece which protrudes and can be easily removed, valence hides it. Also, it’s a trend nowadays to add valences and ford follows along. And of course it actually has to do with aerodynamics, not questioning the science. But 70 miles = 4-5 gallons win because of a larger air dam, i don’t think you believe that one either.
  14. Then go for star white, thats actually what comes with BAP lariat and the platinums, the government oxford doesn’t.
  15. Anecdotal story at best. “The guy on another forum “ is in no way a trusted source for a mile hit from a tremor valence.
  16. The only color that i would vote against is oxford white. Those are municipal, city work trucks, leave it for government folks.
  17. Seriously, you can tell he was joking pertaining to his situation of a rail car being stuck there. I’m sure we all love Montana for the wonderful state that it really is.
  18. Brace for more delays, unfortunately. Nothing you can do about it but be mentally prepared for a longer wait. “The company will also operate a single shift or a reduced schedule at factories in Dearborn, Kentucky and Louisville, while eliminating overtime at an Oakville factory in Ontario, Canada. All of the production changes will be in place during the week beginning Feb. 7, Ford said.” https://www.autonews.com/automakers-suppliers/ford-idles-cuts-output-8-plants-chip-supplies-still-tight
  19. Congrats! Seems like Ford got around to scheduling a lot of trucks today that were waiting for a while already.
  20. @ice-capades can you please explain what this means in the scheduling notes, is this some sort of an internal system change? “As previously announced, CONCEPS will stop accepting new stock & retail orders (non-fleet), including order amendments, on F-150 & Super Duty on 2/4/22”
  21. A very interesting story of your very unpleasant experience. Sorry to hear what you’re having to go through. One interesting observation though, priority 01 still means something at Ford scheduling office. Being scheduled the next day is something! But priority 02 no longer amounts to much in 2021-2022, with so many orders sitting at 02 for many months, some have even reported a ridiculous 5 month wait at 02. My own 2022 F150 order has been at 02 since early November, will be exactly 3 months come next week. I keep hearing stories that before Covid priority 02 normally had one scheduled in less than a week.
  22. Go back a few pages on 2022 Superduty Production thread and you will find the memos ICE posted on Ford Superduty price increases and their so called automatic price protection.
  23. I can only imagine, so close and yet nothing you can do about it but just anxiously wait for the call. Glad you’re over it now.
  24. Is it as OP stated a problem of finding drivers for the last leg of the trip to the dealer? I understand a truck waiting a month near the factory for a microchip, but waiting a month after it has been dropped of the train, i just did not think something like could happen.
