  1. If they are not responding then you may want to go in and ask to see the VVR. You can cancel your order and as you said you would be starting over. This would not hurt the dealer in any way since the truck order does not really get canceled and they will sell it when it comes in.
  2. That is the beauty of these systems. Those that want it can use it, those that do not can turn it off.
  3. This is a good point. I run into this all the time on the wife's Explorer.
  4. I would love to see your Window Sticker. I put damn near everything except the winch on my SRW Platinum F350 and only came out to $86k MSRP. Was the $95k with a market adjustment?
  5. Same with mine. It finally moved last night and even updated this morning. It is great to see some progress finally.
  6. Hello, any input would be greatly appreciated. VIN 1FT8W3BT6NEC07061 Order Number M52H From what I have been able to gather it is on a CSX rail car stuck in KY since 1/4/22.
  7. This may be where the *MSRP price for the maintenance plan is but you can shop around and get it cheaper than most dealers will sell it for. Or at least push your dealer to match. Flood Ford sells both the ESP and the Maintenance plan at discounts. There are other sites that do as well.
  8. Definitely plan on going over the exterior meticulously. The bumpers surprises me
  9. This is what mine is showing, but I know mine is stuck on the rail car in KY still.
  10. What are some of the things you look for when you take delivery of a new truck?
  11. Why is there condensation in the headlamps? Headlamps have vents to accommodate normal changes in air pressure. Condensation can be a natural by-product of this design. When moist air enters the lamp assembly through the vents, there is a possibility that condensation can occur when the temperature is cold. When normal condensation occurs, a fine mist can form on the interior of the lens. The fine mist eventually clears and exits through the vents during normal operation. How much condensation is acceptable? The presence of a fine mist, for example no streaks, drip marks or large droplets. A fine mist covers less than 50% of the lens.
  12. This is actually addressed in the manual and it is normal.
  13. I had the MX4 and it leaked a little but it was not too bad. I agree that you should not expect a water tight seal.
  14. There have been several reports of the fields of 2021's are now empty. I'm sure Ford has the chips in them and moved them out to dealers. It was a lot of trucks in one spot but when divided across the country it's less than 10 trucks per dealer. With the current shortage they will sell fast
