Similar situation here: ordered T350HD 12/23/21 - got the confirmation from Ford the same day. Then made a change to the order 1/29/22. Received the 'delay' email from Ford on 3/18....and crickets since. At this point, I'm pretty much expecting to get balanced out...but fingers crossed. Good luck! I'm trying to figure out the best way to ask my dealer for more info? Is it 'acceptable' to ask for a screenshot of the Vehicle Visibility Report? (if I got the nomenclature right) Trying to understand the most specific, lowest friction thing to ask for, in hopes they might actually do it

Thinking in terms of process continuity: vehicle produced with parts/systems/firm-/software/yadi yada then hours, or weeks even months later, missing items installed! yay! Off to transport, etc. Is it just me? I'm trying to decide how bothered I am by the 'chaos factor'. For example, I had rodent damage on a 2008 Prius - totalled the car. Only an example, but the concept of in process vehicles, with all these various levels of rework, essentially...toss in the '5 o'clock on a Friday' phenomenon....let's say I'm apprehensive about QC, or whatever

Hello from the SF Bay Area! I ordered on 12/23/21, and got the confirmation email the same day! That seemed like a good omen! A few weeks later, I made a small change, and received the updated Preview Order. This is the final spec: ....and it's been a holding pattern ever since! Time I've tried to fill by learning everything I can - helped greatly by this site and all it's amazing contributors! THANKS! Now I have to stop typing so I can re-cross my fingers hoping for a VIN
