  1. I am like 99% sure the LCI fully supports the Reese Goosebox solution. I think the Anderson which you talked about doesn’t have formal support of LCI https://www.etrailer.com/question-491619.html
  2. It looks like the weight on the Elite 25k is 151lbs though?
  3. No, the B&W turnover provides that. If you already have the OEM you can just use the Reese Goosebox.. I did order the OEM and was going to just use that but it was "causing delays" on the build of the truck so I took it off and will get the B&W in place of it. The only real value add to me is B&W makes a 4" offset which gives you a little bit more room for the 5th wheel vs. I couldn't find one that would work for the OEM that showed an offset.
  4. Had a Reese Goosebox installed on my Grand Design 5th wheel and the B&W turnover hitch installed on my 2019 F250. Whenever my new F250 arrives, i'll get the B&W installed again. While it takes an extra one or two minutes to hook up, i get full use of my bed when I am not towing my 5th wheel. Would highly recommend! https://www.reeseprod.com/products/pin-boxes/goose-box https://www.bwtrailerhitches.com/product/turnoverball-gooseneck-hitch Jeremy
  5. The quote I got from dealer to buy and have installed the Retrax was $2050 and he said the Factory one only has the warranty that follows truck and said the "retrax branded" one was only a few bucks more but i never did see the price. I saw it here for $1731 and was tempted to go that route until I found site above and the lifetime warranty. I even called LineX which does a rebranded (supposedly) retrax and they were like $2400 for it installed. Glad to hear you like the Retrax, I wasn't sure and had the a Roll N lock on my 2019 before and the thing I hated was the pull string that got caught on everything, from what I can tell Retrax has the lock/handle which you use and then you can lock it in any position which is the main reason i got it instead of roll 'n lock.
  6. Not sure if this is allowed or not, but got a great deal so figured I would share. Truck is built, awaiting shipment (whenever that happens) but cancelled the factory tonneau so was looking for a third party one. Settled on the RetraxPro XR (https://retrax.com/retraxpro-xr/2022/ford/f-250-super-duty) and was price shopping around. Found on Retrax site they recommend https://www.tonneaufactoryoutlet.com/ so took a look there. Chatted with someone who offered the best price I have seen plus there is a $175 rebate going on now so feel I got a great deal compared to what I saw on Amazon, quote from my Ford dealer, etc. So if anyone is looking the rebate is only good for a few days IIRC but figured i would pass it on. Not sure if i can post the price here but like I said i checked a bunch of other websites and all were significantly more expensive (pretty near the retail of $2099.00) and they don't charge sales tax and shipping is free. Just wanted to pass on a good deal, i don't get anything if you buy from them or anything like that. The cover shipped from Retrax and is due in on Monday.
  7. Nope removed the spray in bed liner and the 5th wheel prep to try and expedite build. Contrary to River Wild I will be getting the B&W hitch which I had in my old truck which I really liked and LineX will be doing the bed liner. Only thing i will miss is the Ford Logo in the bed liner.. Since we are towing a 5th wheel and have ordered a short bed I really wanted the offset ball hitch that B&W likes. I was original nervous about the OEM and not having the additional space for tight turns.
  8. Same boat on the notifications from Ford, got one saying scheduled week of 7/25 but nothing else but the tracker showed bumped to 8/1 and then as of this morning says built. No other email other than original scheduled email for 7/25. Ordered on 1/14.. Jeremy
  9. Well I have been out longer than that and it granted me the "discount", so not sure how accurate that is.
  10. Thanks for posting! Hadn't seen this before, my truck isn't scheduled to be built until late July (week of 25th) I see this expires on July 5th so won't hit the expiration date I got approved for. Will it just go back to $500 after that and still be around or does the entire military appreciation disappear on 7/5? Or is this something my dealer can "hold" for me until my truck arrives since it was ordered in early January.
  11. Dealer came back today and said it was price protected based on my original order; it had to go back to Ford since he said it would reset the priority back to 10 instead of 2. Thank you so much for the confirmation! Much appreciated.
  12. Long time lurker on the forum, first post! Special thanks to everyone that provides insight on how to "work' the system would be completely lost without this forum! Initial order on 1/14 and haven't heard anything yet. When into dealer last week to try and remove a few items that are likely holding up the order (5th wheel prep, spray in bed liner, etc.) as nothing was happening (even sitting at a priority 2). He wasn't sure how to make the changes, so he said he would get back to me. Got the revised "preview order form" tonight from him, so I can validate what options he took off and when they did it looks like all the pricing got reset. For example the Base on a the F250 4X4 Crew Cab Pickup/160 on my original order was $55125. The revised sheet shows up as $57375. So after removing all the above options they now want to charge me thousands more since MSRP has changed (and a bunch of other items have gone up as well resulting in almost a $3k difference when I expected to receive a discount since we removed items. I am not sure what the price level on the Preview Order means but it was at 245 now it shows as a price level of 265. Hoping this is just a system limitation and not a new reality for me.
