  1. Right there with you. Ordered 12/24/22 and was confirmed 12/31/22. Have not heard a thing. I’ve called the dealer a couple of times to ask how it’s coming along. Unscheduled clean is what he always tells me. Now I here that multicontour seats with active motion are not going to be available on any of the remaining 22MY orders. So no massaging seats and Ford gives me a $300 credit! Glad I didn’t already trade in my 2020 DRW king ranch. It has everything I can’t seem to special order on a 22MY DRW king ranch to include GPS navigation that doesn’t cost me $80 a year. Piss poor Ford!! I’ll be standing by to see if and when the dealer contacts me to have me sign the form acknowledging this BS. I was prepared to wait to get the truck I wanted and didn’t give in to dropping the commodity restraints I needed. Now it looks like Ford is just going to build them with what they want to clear the books and offer up low ball credits. Probably tell them they can sell it someone else instead and I want my deposit back.
  2. I though I would be proactive with my dealer and try and ask some questions that guys were suggesting here. Lower my priority code, how many trucks are ahead of me with their dealership and how many allocations they get a month. I got told there are too many variables to give an answer for the number of allocations, and a straight up no they can not lower my priority code. I asked if the regional Ford rep could do it and was told all COVP orders are submitted at priority code 10. I guess that’s fair, but anyone with the similar vehicle at another dealership with a lower priority code will get theirs built first I would think. They also could not tell me how many super duties are ahead of me. They said if I wanted to ensure I got it faster that I should delete some of my options that are on the commodity restriction list. Oh and they also would not tell me how much the PCO I received from Ford was worth. They said since it expires July 5, 2022 there would be not any reason to see how much it was worth until my truck actually arrives. If it was after July 5th I would not be able to use it anyway. They also know I can’t submit an order anywhere else for a super duty now so I am stuck with them.
  3. Found out some interesting news today from a friend who order a 22MY king ranch Super Duty back in August and has had his new truck since some time in January. Apparently the sync 4 system in the 22MY Super Duty comes with a 90 trial subscription to navigation. After that you do not have GPS navigation in the truck anymore. The subscription cost $80 a year if you want GPS navigation or you can use the Apple Car play feature and use your mapping system on phone when you have service. If you don’t have an Apple phone I guess you won’t have navigation at all. I think it kind of sucks when you buy a truck that expensive that you don’t get GPS navigation like most vehicles have had for so many years. If I ever do get my new truck this is going to suck. Don’t use GPS all the time, but usually have it on during trips for guidance and traffic updates in unfamiliar areas.
  4. Yah unfortunately I have not established that with any dealer. Purchased theee different super duty truck over the years and each time I have got them from a different dealership. Always went with the best price, but who knew that one day there would be no trucks on the dealer lots and you would have to order one and wait months for it to be built. Difficult times for sure.
  5. I guess I got lucky. I hope that luck transitions over to a VIN and a build date. Dealer told me the private cash offer incentive number I gave them expires July 5 and would not be valid if I don’t take delivery before then. I have heard other say different but I guess it only matters what the dealership says where I ordered it. Of course this is my salesman talking and not the sales manager so there may be a chance he is not correct.
  6. I hope this is true. Really looking forward to getting behind the wheel of my new super duty. I’m hoping since my order was in January and they cut them off in April there are plenty behind me that won’t be built either. Of course I have some commodities that are going to hold my production date up. Fifth wheel and spray in bedliner.
  7. I guess I got lucky. Ann was the name of the lady I spoke with and she was very helpful. Just Hope that luck transition to a build date and a VIN cause my dealer said the incentive offer I got expires July 5th and if I don’t take delivery by then I won’t be able to use it. I have heard other says different, but I guess it only matters what the dealership where I ordered says. Of course this is my salesman and not the sales manager so who knows.
  8. Took the advise of a post from a few weeks ago and called Ford customer relation center. In asking some questions about my order I was informed by the lady I was talking to that Fords projection of opening up the order portal for 23MY would not be until late October. She said it was Fords intention to cut off orders on April 1st so that it could supply vehicles to all customer orders that were currently in place. I hope this is true. I also had her look up to see if there were any incentives under my name for private cash offer rebates and she was able to pull up one. She gave me the incentive number, but was not able to tell me what is was worth, but said my dealership could. I asked if I had a private cash would it not be sent out to me and she said not always. Sometimes Ford doesn’t mail them out. Not much else I can do while I wait anyway. Lol!
  9. I will have to ask my dealer. I asked the question about 22MY vs 23MY when I placed my order. I was told if I did not make the cutoff this year I would have to reorder and as some of the options may have changed and the price would also change. That sucks as I know it has gone up since I have ordered and will continue to climb.
  10. I hope the chatter is right. I order back in January and have read that Ford will not roll over 22MY to 23MY if you don’t get scheduled. Just get to pay the new prices and start the wait all over again.
  11. This is awesome to hear. Dealer wanted me to drop both of these options when I placed my order but I didn’t want to. Glad to hear they are getting selected for a build.
  12. Thanks for the info sir! Didn’t see that post, but this thread is pretty active. I guess all I can do is see what happens. Worst case… I get my deposit back and keep driving my 2020. Then I can see how much the price increases for a 23my would be when the order portal opens back up again. Then make the decision if I want to get on the wait list for another year.
  13. I would fly that sign loud and proud as well! I hope they hold true to xplan price deal and honor the customer rebate offer. The only thing my dealer cautioned me about was if the order was converted to a 23 superduty that my pricing would change. Hoping that holds true.
  14. Wow! I also ordered with xplan with a signed dora. My truck is still a ways out as I only ordered it in January 31, but I was afraid this would also happen to me. How much more are they trying to add to the price?
  15. I called the dealer where I order my 2022 super duty from back on January 31 to check on my status. It shows “unscheduled/clean” as it has for sometime. I realize this will be the case for awhile as I order it with the fifth wheel prep and spray in bed liner. I also asked about the possibility of my order being converted to a 2023 and he said that they had not discussed converting any current orders to 2023’s, but as of April 01 they were no longer taking orders on super duty truck and that would be the case until the order portal open back up. He also estimated the order portal to open back up around August or September of this year and those orders would be 2023’s. Has anyone else heard or experienced this?
