That is what they explained to me also. Apparently the young man that took my order was mistaken when he gave me the payload numbers. Oh well I still love it and if it isn't enough for a camper I get I'll order another one.

I am picking up my truck now. The payload I was promised does not match at all the payload on the sticker. Sticker says 2773 and the payload I was promised was 4150. I have a F250 XLT, crew cab, long bed, 7.3L engine, with the bigger 18" tires, the 70r tires also, and the camper package. Am I just way off here, or is there something wrong? I ordered all of that for the larger payload, but it doesn't appear to matter...

Yes that would work as long as it was in a format the Truck's sound system/computer could read. For that matter you could do the same on your phone, or just install Spotify and listen for free, or pay a subscription and listen without commercials. Serious question though. Where can you even buy CD's anymore? There hasn't been a music store in my area for years and years. Is it Walmart, or are they super old from the 90's-2000's??

Please forgive my ignorance, but are you saying that changing the color will reset your place in line?

My man, "should be" isn't checking your hubs like NH_Bulldog suggested you do. He even showed you a picture of what it is supposed to look like. Your dash buttons may be on 2WD, but if your hubs are locked it will be in 4WD. Just take a look at your hubs please. I am dying to know if that is the problem here.

I got the same email last night/this morning. I was excited then disappointed, but at least it is communication.
