  1. Since this is new to the market i would figure that the fuel economy would've been in line with other vehicles on the market. For example, the Explorer gets 20 mpg city and 28 mpg highway, Expedition 17 city and 23 highway. Both vehicles are heavier than the Bronco. I still love the Bronco, just thought it would've been more eco friendly
  2. I have been looking at the larger engine as i am looking at the Outer Banks 19 mpg or Sasquatch 17 mpg with larger tires.
  3. I have been putting off the purchase of a new vehicle for a few years and I was excited when I learned that Ford was brining back the Bronco. Prior to the news, i had considered a Jeep. I wanted the ability to remove the roof, etc. The design was exactly what i expected and patiently waited for the reveal and orders to be taken, which seemed to keep getting delayed. Unfortunately i was not able to order and have been told several times since that orders continue to be delayed. At one point a Ford dealer told me that i may want to lease or purchase a Jeep while waiting my turn for a Bronco. I have been a long time owner of Ford SUV's and trucks. For me the delay may have been a blessing. Since the launch I have been reading the reviews and unfortunately was very disappointed to hear that the Bronco gets the worst fuel economy in the business. I was shocked that in this day, where fuel economy is prominent, Ford would design a vehicle with such poor fuel economy. Needless to say, i will continue the wait. I have seen posts that there is a possibility that the 2024 model year will have a hybrid or electric option. Is this true and what will the production be? Will i need to wait another 3,4,5 years before i can take delivery of? At this point I am not sure if it's worth the wait of a possible promise.
