  1. It seems pretty obvious to me that there is probably an algorithm involved in the scheduling process since orders such as pdoughs get scheduled rather quickly and others are many months out. I bet it favors larger dealers vs smaller dealers. The old story of "its your dealers fault" is total BS because the regional reps put priority 2 on not the dealer and some still don't get built because the "scheduler" is on top of that. I'm glad I solved my own problem and canceled my order. Happy to be driving a fabulous new truck and Flubbing Orders for Retail Delivery didn't get my business.
  2. It was posted on the other thread that the Multi Contour seat delete might have a dealer installed module later when available. Can any of the Ford guys respond?
  3. That would definitely be an improvement. However getting scheduled is a big problem too.
  4. Well it looks as like those of us that have orders for KRU, Platinums, or Limiteds, (and not scheduled) might as well cancel our orders now because they probably won't get built. If they aren't going to be delivered until late October, November, or later it blows the whole summer. Then the end of the MY will come and they will say "sorry you will have to re order. I know the blah, blah blah. Been following this forum since early December and have read probably 250 or more pages. Ordered 11/4, and have been priority 2 since mid January. This was going to be the first Ford. Now apparently Ford stands for Fumbles Orders for Retail Delivery.
  5. IA Diver, you hit the nail on the head! Ford is giving priority to DEALERS and not the CUSTOMER! The first priority should be order date not where the order was placed. It shouldn't matter if a large dealer has 25 orders and a small dealer has 25 orders that are older, the small dealer should get all theirs built before the large dealer, all things being equal. However its very obvious it doesn't work that way.
