  1. I am assuming yours is in Columbia SC waiting for the ride to Charlotte. My truck sat there just a little over a week and finally arrived at my dealer in Spartanburg SC, late this past Friday.
  2. My truck showed the same thing for several weeks after it was showing built. But once it shipped, I stopped by dealer and the sales guy handed me the print out of what they can see. Mine had changed from chip hold to shipping delay. So maybe in these crazy times it’s just waiting to get shipped. I know It’s discouraging to see others built after yours get delivered before yours ships. It took almost six weeks for mine to ship, hang in there your not alone in all this.
  3. Our trucks must have road the train together. I had the same ship date and mine is also sitting in Columbia waiting for a ride to Spartanburg SC
  4. Not sure about ultimate tow but wouldn’t be surprised. I lucked up and my sales guy just happens to be the inventory manager at the dealership. I stopped in yesterday to take care of some stuff since my F450 just shipped. He told me I must have been lucky because he had just been told they are out of the 5th wheel prep packages again and had been told that the SDs that had it on their build would HAVE to remove it if they wanted it built. Unfortunately for you it’s not an option to remove it since it’s standard on the F450. All that being said, if what he told me is true, I would assume that is holding yours up. But hang in there I ordered mine 12/7 and it was built 3/30 so it might just take a little bit more time.
  5. Check with PenFed, did my 450 loan through them 2.2% for 60 months.
  6. I have just about lost my patience too. Built 3/30 and still sitting at the plant waiting to ship. The latest ETA to dealer is May16-21, doubt I will see it then since it still hasn’t shipped.
  7. Well don’t get too discouraged, my rig is also stuck in the black hole off “plant hold” too. It was built and released for shipment on 3/30, then changed to delay rail carrier and finally plant hold and still hasn’t shipped. The anticipation has been killing me over the last four weeks.
  8. Ordered mid December, went into production early March, then got built notice March 30th. Mine is a F450 Lariat ultimate, only a couple other add on options.
  9. My F450 was in “production” for about three weeks before it showed “built”. It has been “built” for three weeks now and is still sitting at the plant awaiting shipment. Good thing is you are getting closer and hopefully you will be getting it soon.
  10. I’ve had the same thoughts myself. I would be all for it, if they would allow it.
  11. I can’t say if it is normal or not, but my dealer is doing it when I sign the papers. I went in talked to them because mine is built and getting ready to ship and I wanted to start getting financials in order. The sales guy was upfront and said I was price protected at the price the truck was when I ordered it. I did not even have to ask about the price protection.
  12. That’s been I thought since my sticker disappeared. Kind of a blessing and a curse that it’s been a little delayed, more time to save for that big down payment, but I can’t help but find stuff I NEED for it to spend money on.
  13. Yup, my F450 showed “built” and awaiting shipment since 3/30. I haven’t been able to see window sticker since then. I just get message saying the window sticker hasn’t been released for my vehicle yet. I was able to see it before the status change.
