I must have misread and it was over invoice.

I have read that dealers will be allowed to charge $1,500 over invoice for MY 2023 special orders. Anyone else seen this?

Last night I also received another “To ensure your complete and utter disgust“ e-e-mail. Now I get to wait another 3 weeks for my next contact from Ford.

Yes. The original email and, so far, 3 emails slipping the date. The latest is between August 24, 2022, and August 30, 2022. The reason is “To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will require additional time”.

Mine was built 6/15. Called Ford this morning and they said it is still in Kentucky waiting to ship.

Hope my truck sitting at the rail yard in Kentucky isn’t getting flooded!! And I do feel sorry for the loss of the people of that area and their losses.

Yep. Dealer’s VVR shows mine is still sitting at the Kentucky rail yard.

Just received my 4th delivery date email. Unless it comes early (ha ha) or gets pushed again, I’m looking at 76 days. Ford has a funny way of keeping me thinking about their brand!! Edit: previous delivery dates were July 27 (TODAY) - Aug 2. Next Ford guess is Aug 24th - 30th. I guess I will look for the next email Aug 24th. Blessings.

Is this year really that many more retail customer orders? If so, maybe based on lack of dealer stock?

I was pushed from 7/12 to 7/27. Waiting for next e-mail with update. I have not heard anything from my dealer either.

Seems like major maintenance and upgrades would be performed when the plant retools for a new model year.

No. Your dealer can supply it or you can call Ford support for it. I called Ford for it. They told me they did not have that info, so I asked for a status in the truck. While looking at the status screen they discovered they did have that info! Update: I was wrong, it is on the WS!!
