My brother in law has a 2019 Ranger, which he absolutely loves, I built the engine at CEP and you guys built the truck. For the 2021 model year Ford has introduced a “blackout package” which includes wheels, grill, emblems etc.... He is looking for the rear black Ford emblem which comes in 2 parts, a black emblem with a nickel finish trim around it and the part that goes around it (camera mount?) which is also black. He is having a heck of a time locating the part numbers for this emblem. here is a pic of my blackout emblems on my F150 so you know what I’m talking about. Since the UAW uses pattern bargaining to negotiate our contract and started with FCA, it should be deemed null and void since these corrupt union negotiators were not bargaining in good faith, they were all taking money from the company. why isn’t this being investigated? i voted no on the last contract

Actually YOUR salary job is non value added, indirect labor and is more of a burden to the cost of a vehicle than the hourly worker who actually does something. These car companies are very top heavy with management and that needs to be addressed before they can become profitable. In my opinion it's people like YOU that need to be reduced.
