Hello Everyone, I just posted this to escape - city as well. My wife and I picked up our new Titanium edition on Thursday. Friday we noticed that the liftgate isn't alligned properly. Today we noticed that there is a water stain on the A-piller indicating that there is a roof leak. We decided to take it to the dealership immediately. On the way to the dealership MFT went crazy and started rebooting over and over. MFT is glitchy, but it had worked fine until today. Im curious if is related to the roof leak as it rained last night. Its funny, I've had a soft top Jeep Rubicon for 8 years. Its never leaked, but my new cars metal roof leaks. This is after waiting almost 2 months to get the vehicle. It sat in Kentucky for 3 weeks before Ford got around to ship it. I told the dealership that they can either refund our money or Ford can get us a new car. Monday i'm told the Ford rep is getting involved. I'm starting to wonder about the quality control at Fords Kentucky plant. Maybe this will be recall number 3? Btw. Other then the fact that the car is lemony fresh, we love it. We actually got 33mpg yesterday, admittedly driving it really conservatively. Its really nice inside, comfortable, fast and quiet. We really hope we can get this situation resolved.

There is a new recall that was just posted to my Fordowner.com account. As far as I know, this affects all 2013 fusions. VIN: ID: 13S04 Title: FUEL DELIVERY MODULE REPLACEMENT A recall is an action by the Company to remedy a safety or emissions-related concern related to a vehicle defect or regulatory requirement. It may require that you return your vehicle to the dealer for service. If your vehicle is not affected, it may be because it was built at a different time or using a different part than the affected vehicles.

I was supposed to pick up my new HyTi today, but I got this from my dealer . Anyone else get this? I know there was some complaints in another message about frayed thread on the seatbelts, and there's nothing publically available on http://owner.ford.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=Owner/Page/RecallsPage about a recall when I entered my VIN. Did this recall just pop up within the last few days?

I have noticed a few things about my headlights. This can possibly be related in/directly to the headlight recall, so I wanted to get some opinions from people who are familiar with the headlight recall issue. Just for some background, the headlight recall was placed sometime in December. My Fusion was put into production Jan 11 2013 and when I picked it up a few months ago, I was told that the headlight recall was corrected during production. I am now doubting if it was, whether the salesperson was misinformed or just did not care. Here is what I noticed: Hole in Headlights In the red circles is what appears to be a hole on the inside of the headlight front plastic. This hole has not penetrated to the outside. It is on both headlights. Deformity Inside Headlights Again, in the red circle is what appears to be some sort of blemish or defect on the inside of my headlights. It appears to be some kind of foggy blemish that only occurs where the light is hitting the plastic. I even shined a bright LED light onto the spot to see if it is just the reflection of the light. These pictures are with the LED shining right on the blemish. Does anyone else have these issues on their headlights as well? One thing I noticed is that my lights are noticeably warm to the touch. I have never noticed this on my other cars. My fear is that the heat from the bulbs are altering and causing defects to the inside of the plastic. I also have a notion to believe that this is what the headlight recall was meant to fix. Can anyone confirm what the headlights before the recall repair looked like, and what it looked like afterwards? Thanks. I appreciate the help!

Hi all, There are 3 new Customer Satisfaction Programs for the Fusion: 13B01 Job1 vehicles may not contain (some or all) of the following ordered accessories: All Weather Floor Mats, Cargo Nets, Remote Start! 13B02 2/7 through 11/1/12 headliner wrinkling on vehicles equipped with moonroof. 13B03 Job1 through 2/25/13 SE vehicles with luxury package were built with a polyurethane gearshift knob but should have been built with a leather knob. I'm starting to wonder if the "changes" to my Job 2 Titanium (like missing ambient lighting in my cupholders & missing stainless pedals for others) aren't just a misbuild situation? thought you might like to know.
