They sold her almost 4000.00 dollars of bogus maint insurance that is only good in Salt Lake City UT. We live in St Georege, Utah. 400 miles south. I spoke to the Insurance carrier Total Care Auto and they said they would refund me but have not yet and they will not return my phone calls. The dealer LHM Ford in Salt Lake City received $1544.89 of the money and they will not refund a dime of it. They also will not call you back. I called Ford Corporate and they said there was nothing they could do about their dealers. What a joke. I cannot believe the dishonesty that prevails with businesses in our country right now. I will file a complaint with the insurance dept here in Utah. I also plan on take both entities to small claims court. I will never buy another Ford again and hope they and their dishonest dealers go out of business like Sears. They will screw enough people and they won't have any business after a fashion even if they give their cars away. Watch ten episodes of American Greed TV show. Then you'll find out what you're dealing with! Also, NEVER bring in your car to a new car dealer unless it's for warranty work. And even then, they'll tell you need this and that (NOT under warranty), which you don't really need! I buy 10 year old Fords, drive them for another ten years and get 300K to 480K miles on them! Just keep the oil full, and coolant full at proper protection mixture. Your cars will last forever! I don't do oil changes either. Go ahead and laugh; I'm laughing all the way to the bank! I thought you were talking about the laughing all the way to the bank part! His engines probably burn and leak oil so much the oil that is in them is relatively fresh from adding oil all the time. Which is just a different way of changing the oil.

H Miller dealership, well, after they moved their location to draper that is. It's about $30 per oil change, hardly a rip off, and they're technicians are hands down the best mechanics I've encountered.

I have to say this, even after the complete shit show I went through with my dealership with the ADM on my Bronco, the the service dept there is really good. My wife takes her Escape there also and they've been excellent with their work and don't upcharge by adding stupid shit to the bills when work is needed. It also helps that they pick our cars up too when they need service or work on them too.
