ebritt
Flight 77 Debris CLAIM: Conspiracy theorists insist there was no plane wreckage at the Pentagon. "In reality, a Boeing 757 was never found," claims pentagonstrike.co.uk, which asks the question, "What hit the Pentagon on 9/11?" FACT: Blast expert Allyn E. Kilsheimer was the first structural engineer to arrive at the Pentagon after the crash and helped coordinate the emergency response. "It was absolutely a plane, and I'll tell you why," says Kilsheimer, CEO of KCE Structural Engineers PC, Washington, D.C. "I saw the marks of the plane wing on the face of the building. I picked up parts of the plane with the airline markings on them. I held in my hand the tail section of the plane, and I found the black box." Kilsheimer's eyewitness account is backed up by photos of plane wreckage inside and outside the building. Kilsheimer adds: "I held parts of uniforms from crew members in my hands, including body parts. Okay?" Big Plane, Small Holes CLAIM: Two holes were visible in the Pentagon immediately after the attack: a 75-ft.-wide entry hole in the building's exterior wall, and a 16-ft.-wide hole in Ring C, the Pentagon's middle ring. Conspiracy theorists claim both holes are far too small to have been made by a Boeing 757. "How does a plane 125 ft. wide and 155 ft. long fit into a hole which is only 16 ft. across?" asks reopen911.org, a Web site "dedicated to discovering the bottom line truth to what really occurred on September 11, 2001." The truth is of even less importance to French author Thierry Meyssan, whose baseless assertions are fodder for even mainstream European and Middle Eastern media. In his book The Big Lie, Meyssan concludes that the Pentagon was struck by a satellite-guided missile--part of an elaborate U.S. military coup. "This attack," he writes, "could only be committed by United States military personnel against other U.S. military personnel." FACT: When American Airlines Flight 77 hit the Pentagon's exterior wall, Ring E, it created a hole approximately 75 ft. wide, according to the ASCE Pentagon Building Performance Report. The exterior facade collapsed about 20 minutes after impact, but ASCE based its measurements of the original hole on the number of first-floor support columns that were destroyed or damaged. Computer simulations confirmed the findings. Why wasn't the hole as wide as a 757's 124-ft.-10-in. wingspan? A crashing jet doesn't punch a cartoon-like outline of itself into a reinforced concrete building, says ASCE team member Mete Sozen, a professor of structural engineering at Purdue University. In this case, one wing hit the ground; the other was sheared off by the force of the impact with the Pentagon's load-bearing columns, explains Sozen, who specializes in the behavior of concrete buildings. What was left of the plane flowed into the structure in a state closer to a liquid than a solid mass. "If you expected the entire wing to cut into the building," Sozen tells PM, "it didn't happen." The tidy hole in Ring C was 12 ft. wide--not 16 ft. ASCE concludes it was made by the jet's landing gear, not by the fuselage. Indian Lake CLAIM:</FONT> "Residents and workers at businesses outside Shanksville, Somerset County, reported discovering clothing, books, papers and what appeared to be human remains," states a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette article dated Sept. 13, 2001. "Others reported what appeared to be crash debris floating in Indian Lake, nearly 6 miles from the immediate crash scene." Commenting on reports that Indian Lake residents collected debris, Think AndAsk.com speculates: "On Sept. 10, 2001, a strong cold front pushed through the area, and behind it--winds blew northerly. Since Flight 93 crashed west-southwest of Indian Lake, it was impossible for debris to fly perpendicular to wind direction. ... The FBI lied." And the significance of widespread debris? Theorists claim the plane was breaking up before it crashed. TheForbiddenKnowledge.com states bluntly: "Without a doubt, Flight 93 was shot down." FACT: Wallace Miller, Somerset County coroner, tells PM no body parts were found in Indian Lake. Human remains were confined to a 70-acre area directly surrounding the crash site. Paper and tiny scraps of sheetmetal, however, did land in the lake. "Very light debris will fly into the air, because of the concussion," says former National Transportation Safety Board investigator Matthew McCormick. Indian Lake is less than 1.5 miles southeast of the impact crater--not 6 miles--easily within range of debris blasted skyward by the heat of the explosion from the crash. And the wind that day was northwesterly, at 9 to 12 mph, which means it was blowing from the northwest--toward Indian Lake. F-16 Pilot CLAIM: In February 2004, retired Army Col. Donn de Grand-Pre said on "The Alex Jones Show," a radio talk show broadcast on 42 stations: "It [Flight 93] was taken out by the North Dakota Air Guard. I know the pilot who fired those two missiles to take down 93." LetsRoll911.org, citing de Grand-Pre, identifies the pilot: "Major Rick Gibney fired two Sidewinder missiles at the aircraft and destroyed it in midflight at precisely 0958." FACT: Saying he was reluctant to fuel debate by responding to unsubstantiated charges, Gibney (a lieutenant colonel, not a major) declined to comment. According to Air National Guard spokesman Master Sgt. David Somdahl, Gibney flew an F-16 that morning--but nowhere near Shanksville. He took off from Fargo, N.D., and flew to Bozeman, Mont., to pick up Ed Jacoby Jr., the director of the New York State Emergency Management Office. Gibney then flew Jacoby from Montana to Albany, N.Y., so Jacoby could coordinate 17,000 rescue workers engaged in the state's response to 9/11. Jacoby confirms the day's events. "I was in Big Sky for an emergency managers meeting. Someone called to say an F-16 was landing in Bozeman. From there we flew to Albany." Jacoby is outraged by the claim that Gibney shot down Flight 93. "I summarily dismiss that because Lt. Col. Gibney was with me at that time. It disgusts me to see this because the public is being misled. More than anything else it disgusts me because it brings up fears. It brings up hopes--it brings up all sorts of feelings, not only to the victims' families but to all the individuals throughout the country, and the world for that matter. I get angry at the misinformation out there."

fmccap
Like I said , why dont you get some balls and just say what you beleive??No more stupid games...."I didnt say he did it, but I don' beleive there were any planes...." Blah blah blah. This is all I have to say about Bush. Fascist America, in 10 easy steps If you look at history, you can see that there is essentially a blueprint for turning an open society into a dictatorship. That blueprint has been used again and again in more and less bloody, more and less terrifying ways. But it is always effective. It is very difficult and arduous to create and sustain a democracy - but history shows that closing one down is much simpler. You simply have to be willing to take the 10 steps. As difficult as this is to contemplate, it is clear, if you are willing to look, that each of these 10 steps has already been initiated today in the United States by the Bush administration. Because Americans like me were born in freedom, we have a hard time even considering that it is possible for us to become as unfree - domestically - as many other nations. Because we no longer learn much about our rights or our system of government - the task of being aware of the constitution has been outsourced from citizens' ownership to being the domain of professionals such as lawyers and professors - we scarcely recognise the checks and balances that the founders put in place, even as they are being systematically dismantled. Because we don't learn much about European history, the setting up of a department of "homeland" security - remember who else was keen on the word "homeland" - didn't raise the alarm bells it might have. A bunch of towelheaded bastards took the towers down, not some secret government plot. What a waste man. And I thought planet was stupid. You are supporting a loser and encouraging the destruction of the United States and it Constitution. Bush's approval rating of 34% and sinking is probably due to the fact real conservatives are waking up to his Neocon agenda. Bush and his followers openly support the formation of an American Union with Mexico and Canada and deserves to be impeached just for those actions. Bush swore an oath on the Bible to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. He has done more to destroy it than any other past president. Check his record. http://www.lewrockwell.com/gregory/gregory10.html Is Bush your cousin too ebritt? You and trim must share some special moments together. From the American Free Press IDAHO NIXES ‘AMERICAN UNION’ Thirteen states join Idaho lawmakers to stop globalist plan for the Americas By Mark Anderson THE STATES WHICH, ONCE UPON A TIME, created the federal government under the Constitution are trying to give their arrogant “offspring” some direction. But over the long haul, the very-wealthy and well-connected, through their media empire, think tanks, foundations, banking schemes, lobbying outfits and other means, have led that offspring astray, severely corrupting it while sharply eclipsing the average person’s influence on the federal government. Stepping up to the plate, Idaho has now become the first state to pass a legislative resolution, House Joint Memorial No. 5, in an effort to direct the U.S. Congress to drop out of the North American Union, or NAU—a proposed economic-political merger of the United States, Mexico and Canada. The resolution also calls on Congress to withdraw from any further participation in the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America, an initiative designed to lay the groundwork for the NAU. The NAU is approximately modeled after the European Union, or EU, which is comprised of formerly independent nations and is largely ruled by a centralized bureaucracy in Brussels. The 13 states besides Idaho urging Congress to nix the NAU/SPP are: Georgia, Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, Oregon, Montana, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington and Virginia. Some of the state resolutions oppose the creation of North American Free Trade Agreement “superhighways” like the Trans-Texas Corridor, or TTC, a super-wide highway, railway and utility system slated to be built parallel to Interstate 35 from Laredo, Texas, north to the border with Oklahoma, with concrete tributaries and other tollways rippling through Texas as part of a continental cargo transport system. According to a care2.com, passage of Idaho’s detailed resolution was credited to grassroots activists. The resolution itself makes several points, such as, according to the U.S. Commerce Department, U.S. trade deficits with Canada and Mexico “have significantly increased since the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement . . . and the volume of imports from Mexico has soared since NAFTA, straining security checks at the U.S. border” and “the NAFTA superhighway system from the West Coast of Mexico through the United States and into Canada has been suggested as part of a North American Union to facilitate trade among the SPP countries.” Furthermore, echoing recent reports in AFP and other sources, the resolution acknowledges that huge ship cargos will be unloaded at Mexican Pacific-side ports so the cargo can be trucked and sent by rail through Mexico and into the United States via the TTC. However, it also adds that “plans of Asian trading powers to divert cargo from U.S. ports such as Los Angeles to ports in Mexico will only put pressure on border inspectors, interfering with their already overwhelming job of intercepting the flow of drugs and illegals flowing into this country.” The overall TTC plan calls for numerous other new tollways and conversion of regular highways to tollways that, if built, would ripple through many parts of Texas. The statements and diagrams of Kansas City SmartPort and other organizations amenable to NAU/SPP show that the envisioned network of NAFTA superhighways, including the TTC, is ideal for physically integrating the United States, Canada and Mexico and would greatly facilitate the open migration of goods, people and capital across the three nations’ formerly sovereign borders, if this overall scheme is not defeated. The recipient of this and the other state resolutions—the U.S. House of Representatives—itself has House Concurrent Resolution 40 in its docket. Introduced by Rep.Virgil Goode (R-Va.), H.C.R. 40 has 12 co-sponsors. On Jan. 22, 2007, it was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and to the Committee on Foreign Affairs. HCR 40 would put Congress on record against the NAFTA superhighway and the NAU. It reads like a pared down version of Idaho’s resolution. Not everyone is convinced that these state resolutions deserve a rousing applause. Some comments posted at ImmigrationWatchdog.com see the resolutions as theatrics or as well-meaning but somewhat toothless gestures. Some suggested impeachment proceedings against President Bush and others for supporting the NAU. Such support is seen as treasonous and, therefore, impeachable. Other posted comments, however, say the resolutions are tangible, welcome progress. ANOTHER APPROACH Coming at this issue from another perspective, the We the People Foundation reports filing a “petition for redress regarding the North American Union.” A strategy outlined on the foundation’s web site notes, “We must take the first step. We, the People, must Petition the United States Government for Redress of Grievances regarding the North American Union.” It was reportedly served on every member of Congress and the president on March 15. A transmittal letter was to be served with each petition. On March 30, citizens involved in this movement assembled at Lafayette Park opposite the White House that early afternoon, to await the president’s response and that of the Congress. The letter informs the president and Congress that “should they fail in their constitutional obligation” to promptly respond to the petition, then, “the people will not be filing tax returns for 2006 and will retain their money until their grievances are redressed.” This approach follows a long-established principle, foundation members say. fmccap
Im sorry, i forgot you had a Phd. in physics. Here Ebritt, you can get a million bucks. Physicist Debunks 9/11 Govt Conspiracy & Coverup But more important than the issue of the likelihood of the steel failure, is the FACT (not conjecture) that ALL THREE buildings collapsed into their own footprint at FREEFALL SPEED (i.e. the unimpeded acceleration of gravity). That means, drop a rock off the roof, at the moment of collapse, and the roof would hit the ground at the same time as the rock. This implies, (regardless of what happened at the fire zone) that the when the top section of the building began to fall it managed to plow through 70-80 odd floors of pristine and undamaged steel -- literally thousands of huge beams and concrete pads-- with absolutely NO RESISTANCE (i.e.. slowing of the rate of fall) WHATSOEVER. And this sir, is physically impossible and verging on the absurd, and I (a physicist), and anyone with a shred of knowledge of engineering, physics, or just plain common sense can understand that. And there is a $1,000,000.00 cash challenge (to date unanswered) to anyone that can suggest a legitimate solution to this nagging little problem. And lastly, if the official pancake theory is correct, it lends no explanation whatsoever for why the central core of 47 HUGE beams, all connected together at numerous levels, would not be left standing like a spire as the floor connectors failed and the floors pancaked symmetrically around them. The less resistance to this collapse scenario exhibited by the building's design, the more likely the central core would remain virtually untouched. It is a paradox. Watch the videos. Study the evidence.

Yes we all have questions. Maybe you, ebritt and the ACC group of experts can answer them. What caused the molten metal which is evident in the news videos and referred to in your CIVIL ENGINEERING MAGAZINE article? Jet fuel or wood doesn't burn hot enough to liquefy metal. Thermite which can reach temperatures above 4500 F can. But why would thermite be in the WTC? The only time a really hot fire was occurring was during the initial crash when the jet fuel was atomized. Later, thick black smoke was venting from the openings left by the crash, a sign of an oxygen starved fire. Some of the videos even show people standing in the openings, clearly a sign that a hot fire didn't exist. So my big question is, where did the molten metal come from? Did you see the news video the Madrid Spain building fire? (http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/spain_fire_2005.html) It burned for 24 hours, not just 2 or less. Look at the pictures. That was a hot fire! Did it come crashing down? Hell no! How many steel framed building have totally collapsed due to fire? Maybe only 3 in the same day? Building 7's collapse is even a better joke on us all. The BBC and CNN reported its collapse 20 minutes before the fact. BBC was filming the segment talking about its collapse with the building visible in the background! Larry Silverstein said in a PBS film about the rebuilding of the WTC, that it was "pulled", a demolition term to bring down a building. And what about that perfect collapse? It takes several days to prep a building for demolition. Did the arabs sneak in and set up all the charges before 9-11? Official reports from both NIST and FEMA state that they cannot explain why Building 7 fell, but maintain that it was related to a terrorist attack on the complex on 9/11. However, the FEMA report concludes that, "The specifics of the fires in WTC 7 and how they caused the building to collapse remain unknown at this time. The best hypothesis has only a low probability of occurrence. Further research, investigation, and analyses are needed to resolve this issue." And what did Silverstein gain? Possibly +2 billion dollars after it all settled in court! Not bad for some old buildings that had asbestos for fire retardant. Imagine how much it would have cost him to have had an asbestos abatement. "At the 80th floor of WTC 2—in the northeast corner, where office furnishings had been deposited by the rapid path of the plane—the fire burns at such a high temperature that a stream of molten metal begins to pour over the side of the tower. The heat output from these fires will later be estimated to have been comparable to that produced by a large nuclear generating station." (May 2002 CIVIL ENGINEERING MAGAZINE) "FACT: Jet fuel burns at 800° to 1500°F, not hot enough to melt steel (2750°F)." (Debunking The 9/11 Myths Popular Mechanics) "JET A-1 Open air burning temperatures: 260-315 °C (500-599 °F) Maximum burning temperature: 980 °C (1796 °F)" (Jet Fuel, Wikipedia ) " The wood is heated to evaporate and drive off moisture. This heat does not warm the stove or room. • The wood starts to break down chemically at 500° F and volatile matter is vaporized. • These vapors contain between 50 and 60 percent of the heat value of the wood. • At 1100° F these vapors burn. This high temperature must be maintained for maximum efficiency in combustion. • Following the release of volatile gases, the remaining material is charcoal, which burns at temperatures exceeding 1100° F."
