F100/Next ranger to Mich.??

So we all thought the F100 and next Ranger was going to MTP or DTP/LAP well think again because it aint happenin! McCain will sign the Thailand treaty and when that happens were screwed. There's a reason Toyota and Nissan and Ford are building massive pickup plants to produce over 900K trucks in Thailand.

Its going to Africa and Thailand. And when this happens you think there still gonna need MTP/DTP/KC/LAP/KTP to make a limited amount of full size trucks?? NO FU--ING WAY!!!!

Id bet DTP and KTP will be the only 2 left after 011. You all me included thought the new bodyshops would save 5 plants well we all got bi-ch slapped. And Avon is on the bubble.\

There gonna build escapes and mustangs and focus in the US to meet fuel requirments, there gonna build alot of V^ and I4 engines here "and export them" to meet fuel requirments also.

Look at McCain's plan for us. what did he say in Mich 6 months ago?? Basicly it was screw the big 3 and these jobs aint coming back EVER so get over it. Something along those lines.

He's from Arizona and how many unions are in Arizona? He hates unions as do every GOP running!!

And once again the UAW should have had the VEBA negotiated every 4 years NOW the company can close down every plant in 011 if they wanted too and we cannot do a thing about it!!!!!!!!

BUT they took care of the retirees at our expense!! They should have had a clause stipulating 75% of there cars are too be built in the USA or the VEBA is off and we go back to the old way.

there isnt a candidate in the race that has the uaw,and its members ,best interests at heart.thats why the uaw hasnt made any endorsement(unless it just happened).

what im gonna do is vote for mccain for pres and vote dems in every other race,hoping the trade agreements wont make it out of congress,but they will,dems and reps both love these trade deals.

We have had Eng. out for retooling some machine lines at Sterling for the new Axle for that truck... So I would say it will be built in the USA or Canada... In Canada, they have national health care, so they don't have to negotiate it. Imagine what they pay auto workers in Thailand and S. Africa. Pocket change to most of us. Bad Signs.
