You have done a wonderful job for all of us in this group. Through your great work we have been provided with a custom service that I never thought would be possible.

We will miss you, but realize that this is a very time consuming project and it must be hard to dedicate the time necessary coupled with your family life and of course you job at FoMoCo.

ViperPilot, I echo these words. Thank you for all you have done. It is a shame that one poster or a few posters have caused you to cancel this but it is certainly understandable given the traffic seen around here lately.

Sorry I missed your "tenure" at this forum Viper.

I have been lurking in the background and I posted today asking for VIN info on my 09 FEHL. It has been a long wait (since May) but I just got the VIN# from the dealer. Now I see that you are "retiring from the tracking service". It is very much appreciated that you would go out of your way to help Ford customers like me. Maybe if everyone was as dedicated as you to Ford, the sales wouldn't be down 34.6% last month. I am a small manufacturer in the USA (a dying breed) and I have been buying Fords since my first new 1979 Pace Car and it is sad to see the current state of affairs. I hope your dedication and attitude will rub off on others.
