NickF1011
Police should brought reliable Crown Vics serves them right You mean the "reliable" Crown Vic that has been recalled some dozen times since 2000?
White99GT
Give me a BOF CV police interceptor over the glass-jaw front end Charger/Magnum anyday.
taxman100
I doubt the Charger/300 will survive past the 2009 model year, and at most, the 2010 model year.

It pretty much depends on if CHRYSLER survives past 2009. If Chrysler survives, so likely will the Charger and 300. They are, after all, still selling somewhat moderately well compared to some other fullsize cars.
Paul Selby
A friend of mine is a South Carolina State Trooper. He said the Chargers have a lot of brake problems, extremely rapid pad wear and warped rotors are very common. S.C. has a mix of 3.5 and 5.7 Chargers along with the CV. He said even the 3.5 Charger outruns the CV but many troopers still prefer the CV because the Chargers interior is so cramped with all the needed equipment. Might that have to do with the fact that much of the equipment used is optimized to fit into a car with the dimensions of a CV? Just curious.
