MKT caught in the wild

Nice job, especially for Paint!

I did the front. Believe me it shares very little with the show car!

Thanks, it took me hours and hours to do though, and I'm still frustrated about that lifgate and "transition" colors/blending in general. But that's the best I could do with what I have.

Your front looks a lot better than my rear chop - and it probably took you like 5 minutes too.

As for the design of the rear, I'm not sure why they added the chrome strips in the reverse lights either. I would've eliminated the reverse lights where you see them now, and then used several LEDs (like on MKX) for the backup lights, but putting them on the chrome strip that extends across the liftgate. I would then continue the running lights across the liftgate and most likely stop them where the chrome strip ends in the middle. I think it would've cleaned up the rear a little.

One interesting thing I noticed was they put the backup sensors in the lower reflectors, which will allow them to only produce one color sensor.

Also, I think they could've integrated the backup camera better (on all new Lincoln stuff, like MKZ).

A final thought is that I'm puzzled to see that there doesn't appear to be a handle for the liftgate. I'd assume it'll have a power liftgate possibly standard, but still, I believe it should have one (although I use the key fob/power opening feature 99% of the time rather than the handle on my Flex). I just see that as being something auto mags and possibly customers will "take points off" for.
