Ford Jellymoulds
I'd still like to see a RWD Lincoln TC with suicide doors and a "Continental" ( ala Bentley) look. Gotta say this oooooooooozes quality Timmmmmmm
timmm55
I think white walls could work. Here are some critiques on your chop. The green around the rear window, shows what shape i think it should be more like...that box window just doesnt seem to go with the lines of the rest of the car. Also that box area that hump you have, doesnt seem to flow either...i think it could look good, it just needs some straightening out, or something...maybe you could add the same kind of "hump" to the front of the car... a smaller one of course...but that would make it flow better It's a break line for the door. The rear window is stationary, the door window goes down. Do you understand foreshortening? There is a arc to the front fender (see front chop), but at this angle it's more gradual. Here's a side sketch that may make it easier to "read". Edited May 25, 2009 by timmm55
LM4EVR
As for white-walls... a tire stripe specifically designed for the style of car would be a nice change from everyday BWs. It is usually pretty easy to tell when a vintage car does or doesn't have the correct sidewall style. Remember back in the day - wide WWs, modern-wide WWs, triple-stripe WW, various styles of dual-stripe tires, redlines, dual redlines, Thunderbird WW-redline combo and Royal Seal WW with the narrow gold stripe. As for the TC concept - very handsome I must say. Good work.
