98GMLS Posted October 5, 2009 Share Posted October 5, 2009 Can someone do a chop of a front of D2C platform (Mustang) and a D3 platform (AWD Taurus/MKS). I wonder if anyone at Ford actually tried to do this, make the DS a RWD car by utilizing the front of a Mustang and attaching the front clip to a DS AWD platform, to get a RWD sedan with independent rear suspension.
