Ford Jellymoulds
You get much better quality options in a Lexus with more options sticky gas pedals and no brakes. THE SUN NEWSPAPER (Todays edition) "We're in a Lexus. We're going north on 125. Our accelerator is stuck" We're in trouble. There's no brakes. We're approaching the intersection. Hold on. Hold on and pray. Pray." LINK
Ford Jellymoulds
Toyota have not recalled the RAV 4 in the UK yet, one chap suffered head injuries as a result of his gas pedal sticking in his RAV 4. Shows you how much Toyota care about, value their customers and their life's. DAILY MAIL NEWSPAPER.... UK lawyers said they have been contacted by motorists affected by the problem. Ciaran McCabe, of Moore Blatch solicitors in Southampton, said he represented a man who suffered serious head injuries when the accelerator of his four-wheel drive RAV4 apparently 'stuck' down. The car is not one of the models affected by the recall, suggesting that the problem could be wider than Toyota has admitted. Mr McCabe said he had been contacted by other drivers since the recall was announced. Hydro
Jelly, if you are signed up on that website tell the commenters that this car was a push button start. No keys were in the ignition and they had no idea to hold down the button for 3 seconds to kill the motor. Plus, the neutral on the J gate shifter is about 2 centimeters from drive and difficult to find, especially in a true panic situation.
