He has the membership divided and weak, he has the IUAW doing his Union busting,whipsawing,dirty work. He is going to get more bonuses for just this. In 2009 when out IUAW was coming in the plant using the same tactics if we didn't allow a no strike clause and unlimited 2tier,along with freezing their pay for 6 years etc..etc..., we were told that Ford wont put products in our plants,they will move everything overseas and at this time Mulally was at a 16 MILLION dollar salary. Since this time the only people in the Ford system that have received raises and bonuses are Salary and IUAW reps...Mulally is a genius that deserves every bit of his 26 MILLION dollar salary, he's done what no other CEO for any of the big 3 has ever accomplished, he's destroyed the Union.. First off MAP didn't vote it down because of AWS, it was voted down because when we went along with the first round of concessions we were guaranteed that once Ford was profitable we would get these concessions that our fore fathers fought so hard for back. Well once Mulallys pay raise went from 16-to 26 million and to save face the IUAW filed an EOS grievance I would say its time to think about possibly giving at least some of the concessions back...the IUAW is so far out of touch with the membership it's unbelievable...but my statement is still true, the only ones that have profited in their wages at Ford since 05 is Salary and IUAW...we all have our reasons why we voted the way we did, those are mine..you prove my point though on how divided this membership is right now...so Monday when you talk to Bob let him know. A lot of posters say that we need to look at the big picture and when I do this is the picture that I see too. We give concessions and the company gives themselves raises. I dont agree he is worth 300 million(dont forget all those future stock options) but yes he is a genuis. Though Way Forward and the 23 Billion equity loan were started b-4 he arrived , he did continue to carry it through for Billy Boy. Division and fear go a long way.
