2009 MKS Push Button Start Problems

Weird things happening with my 2009 MKS. The door keypad stopped lighting up. The start push button wouldn't work. The front bumper sensor goes off erroneously. Changed batteries in the FOB but didn't correct the problem. The keypad now has started working again. The start button will work after a while. I noticed that when depressing the brake prior to starting the brake is hard and will not depress. This all happens regardless of what fob we use.

Can we REBOOT the CPU? How? Any suggestions? Thanks for the expertise out there!!!
