Because all those vehicles look exactly like the production Ford vehicles they're based on......

 

I mean honestly, if it didn't have a Ford badge on the grille you wouldn't be able to tell they were even Fords.

 

That's not entirely true. Monster Trucks, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, ARCA, and NHRA pro stock have quite a bit of brand identity even with the badges removed. Not one of these have Ford engines despite having Ford badges & obvious Ford styling:

And this "Ford" obviously has a Chevy engine.
