CruiseGuy24
Have you tried airport parking with it mounted on the sunroof?
Goalkeeper
No sorry, I haven’t had the occasion to try it at an airport.
Chesapeake Limo
Goalkeeper, JackSLack... Please post photo(s) of exactly where you mounted your transponder to your sunroof glass. I've been pulling my hair out about this transponder issue in my 2018 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve (with the HUD windshield). I thought of this sunroof idea but had stuck it to the front center edge of the sunroof glass, and it didn't read. I constantly get emails from Maryland EZ-Pass telling me that the reader gantry at the Bay Bridge did not read my transponder and to check it, etc. I have had it mounted where Ford recommended to install it (left of mirror arm in the dot area) but no luck there. This is not a huge issue as they don't charge me more for reading the registered license plate, but since the Norther Virginia readers can't read it, it can't know when the flex transponder is set to HOV mode, and just one of those charges during rush hour can be $40!
