630land
Those expecting a reproduction of the 1966-77 model will be dispppointed.
fuzzymoomoo
Wow, I do not like that front end at all. I really hope thats changed for production
LSchicago
Those expecting a reproduction of the 1966-77 model will be dispppointed. Not really. The other (2dr) version looks a lot like the 66-77 in proportions.
Sherminator98
Those expecting a reproduction of the 1966-77 model will be disappointed. Um this isn't the actual Bronco-its a C based product Not to mention I don't think anyone is expecting a full on reproduction of the early model-direct influence (think 2005 Mustang) most likely
akirby
Wow, I do not like that front end at all. I really hope thats changed for production Dude - that's just their GUESS at what it will look like. The real one could be completely different.

akirby
The full sized Bronco is said to be based on the '73 model as far as exterior styling cues.
Sherminator98
What the hell does "exclusive" rendering mean? They paid for it and it won't be shown off on another website? LOL
fuzzymoomoo
Dude - that's just their GUESS at what it will look like. The real one could be completely different. and all Im saying is I hope theyre wrong. If theyre basing the full size one on the 73, why not base the baby one on an even older one? Or even the Bronco II? I know the Bronco II was a shitbox but it didnt look terrible.

fuzzymoomoo
It doesnt have to match off-road capability, they pretty much already said it wouldnt by saying its unibody. That doesnt mean it cant look the part.

Meh- its literally a two box design Add two doors and you get this: The vibe I got from the teaser rendering and covered model was of the last gen Escape
rmc523
What the hell does "exclusive" rendering mean? It means they did it. The vibe I got from the teaser rendering and covered model was of the last gen Escape The covered model is the Bronco. These renderings are Autoblog's take of the baby Bronco - what we've been calling "Maverick".
Sherminator98
More I look at the rendering-its not that well done-the lower bumper is completely wrong vs the teaser...
akirby
Why not? Because body on frame RWD and unibody FWD designs are not interchangeable. Not to mention safety requirements.
akirby
More I look at the rendering-its not that well done-the lower bumper is completely wrong vs the teaser... But I’m pretty sure that’s also a Rendering and not an actual vehicle.
Sherminator98
The covered model is the Bronco. Didn't they have two of them? I can't open the Presser Ford gave out.
akirby
Didn't they have two of them? I can't open the Presser Ford gave out. No just the one Bronco under the sheet and a rendering of the baby bronco.
mackinaw
and all Im saying is I hope theyre wrong. If theyre basing the full size one on the 73, why not base the baby one on an even older one? When talking about the 1973 Bronco, it's best to call it the first-generation model which was produced from 1966 to 1977. Styling was virtually unchanged during it's production run.
Deanh
question the need, wont this make the Escape redundant ? is there a need for two vehicles that look like they are targeting the same buyers?
