dave91gt
We bought a new 18 F250 Lariat Ultimate PSD last month. And I tell you- its the nicest vehicle we have owned. While I will likely never test its max towing abilities, I hate to see reviews like this. Edited July 31, 2018 by dave91gt

The GM was a short bed, short wheelbase truck, it weighed less and had a different rear axle ratio than the Ford and the RAM.
itguy09
Ford was a solid #2 and really nothing to complain about there. Still don't get the judges' subjective scoring - all about the same with the exception of Mark Williams who went 20 points over for the Ram? I'd still rank them in order Ford, Chevy (flip a coin on which you like best) and dead last would be Ram. There's a reason Ford and Chevy dominate over the junk Ram. Good point, it is very hard for the media to get identically equipped vehicles when doing this sort of comparison. It all depends on what is in the press pool. That having been said, I think the Chevy's suspension had something to do with their victory. In any event, they were very close.
