Admittedly that term should be defined a little differently. I’m talking folks just out of school 20 somethings. I think the millennials term automatically make people think of Birthdates at the turn of the century mark. Y2K thinking. I wouldn’t consider someone born in 82-89 a millennial. They bitch and think they all deserve 100k+, company cars, etc while working 30 hours. And refusing to learn anything new in a rapidly changing industry. How’s that for an about face?
