And once again we will wait for what seems like forever for a real photo of what it's going to look like.

We only have 6 months left this year...you realize that right?

It should be in production by the end of the year too-The Mexican plant building the Fiesta goes down in the next month or two to retool for the Mach E and Scout.

I don't think it will be in production until sometime next year.   What we'll see this year is the concept version.

I wish they’d call it probe and stop referring to it internally as a Mustang, that’s just gonna rule enthusiasts

I would rather leave the Probe name in the past and come up with something different. I don't know of anyone who has fond memories of the Probe.

Hey I owned a 1994 Probe GT 5-speed V6 for many years since new, it was a great car! The 2nd generation was really well done and with the Mazda foundation/mechanics, it was very reliable and loads of fun to drive. That being said, the nameplate should rest!

Given the fact the Fiesta goes away in July/August-they are going to spend 6 months retooling an idle plant? I find that hard to believe.

It didn't even take that long to retool Edison from the Escort to the Ranger 30 years ago.

I thought the retooling was for Maverick and other C2 vehicles?

No one knows exactly what Ford plan to build at Cuautitlan because the plan keeps changing. But the best guess is MACH E because the timing makes sense.

Maverick launch is another year away so it could be at Hermosilo with Transit Connect.

The Fusion is being built til 2023MY-so that throws a monkey wrench into that happening.

I was under the impression that the Maverick would be in production summer of next year-which would line it up with Cuautitlan also, since its launching before the Bronco, which is Nov/December of 2020-next year.

Maybe they are building the Mach E, Maverick/Scout, C Pickup and Transit Connect all at the same plant?

It's preferential to Ford continuing to call it a Mustang.....that IMO, is disrespectful to the heritage Mustang and Ford could see a huge backlash for trying to make Mustang a sub brand.

Hey now, I had a Probe that had 150k on it when I got rid of it. It was a good car for me.

Probably since that those models totaled will likely use half or less of plant capacity.

Had an 89 GT turbo, one of the best cars I've owned ever. Wondering will the Mach E be a gas car with an E/V variant or a pure electric only?.

Ive been told enough times that Cuautitlan gets Model E and Puma, the fiesta replacement

transitConnect, the compact pick up and baby Bronco are Hermosillo and those products will ramp up as Fusion fades away in CY 2021

No Puma for North America (stupid IMO)

@ice-capades stated that Fusion was to stay in production til 2023...
