If you're talking about the ugly lumpy thing, that's just a test mule for the stuff under the body. Have been following along since before the new Rangers hit the States and dates keep getting pushed back. They look to be awesome especially with the Baja race truck giving some idea of outside shape. The “R” in red in that grille logo is a nice truck. Driving on public roads is always a choice, and frequently for marketing. The psychadellic polkabots are there to attract attention -- there are cheaper easier ways to hide body lines.
