Ford Statement on Latest DPS6 Customer-Satisfaction Actions

I spoke casually with someone who works in Ford's Office of General Console who is familiar with the case (I suspect everyone in OGC is familiar with the case !)  They said, once the class action lawsuit was settled (sometime in the past 12 months or so), Ford can not be sued again.

This is independent of "Customer Satisfaction" actions like those mentioned above.
