MKZMark
Given Lincoln sold us two brand new 2017 cars with badly out of date maps, you'd think when the update finally came out 2 years later it would be complimentary. C'mon Lincoln, what kind of luxury experience is this?
akirby
What version do you have now? 2016?

This update is only for NA 18, so almost 2 full years out of date as the date reflects data as of Q1 of 2018. So three years newer than what we have. Yeah they should have just given everyone a free upgrade since they took so long to offer them and as you point out they were already 2 years old to start with. jasonj80
Isn't it free if you download and do it yourself? I just did a coworkers Edge 2 weeks ago and it was free for the download, or I think $40/$50 if you wanted them to mail you a USB stick. https://syncnavigation.com/ford/home or https://syncnavigation.com/lincoln/home Just need a 32GB USB drive. Only free for 2018 and 2019 owners. 2015-2017 owners have to pay $109 for download or $149 for USB.

Really should be free for the first 5 years of ownership. I'm sure there will be a way to hack it with the key file where you just need the map file and generate the key file. T-dubz
Save yourself the $100 and just plug your phone in to the car and use google maps.
