Trailhiker
I just watched the video, and it reminded me so much of the domed cities in the old Logan's Run movie. Except I guess there will be no "last day","sandmen" or "renewal".
2veloce2003
Unfortunately Ford is a truck company not a technology company. Similar to moving Lincoln marketing to New York and then bringing the group back to Dearborn. When you have lost your direction, keep walking in circles and eventually you will find something “New”! Doesn’t matter what you build - you need this type of work environment to attract young engineers and other professionals.

The new campus is nice. It can help "speed innovation and attract world-class talent." But the new campus not sufficient. More importantly, Ford needs to fix its deep seated cultural problems. Only then will the best young engineers, designers, and other product development professionals around the world consider working for Ford. Fortunately, Jim Hackett is making decent progress with changing the culture at Ford. Edited September 17, 2019 by rperez817
