LincolnLawyer
Anyone notice a creak or rattle that seems to come from the underside of the front end while driving slow speeds over any surface that is less than perfect? My 2018 Reserve L does this and it is starting to drive me nuts. Thankfully these noises seem to go away at highway speeds. I’m planning to bring it to the dealer, but just wanted to know if anyone has noticed a similar issue. Thanks to all.

LincolnLawyer
Turns out, the noise I was hearing wasn’t coming from the chassis, but rather the sunroof glass was rattling. My local dealership did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. Edited November 10, 2019 by LincolnLawyer
vipersinu2
Oh the sunroof rattle, My dealer greased the heck out of my roof tracks, to stop the rattle. it made a mess everwhere, to make it worse when I opened the roof all kinds of grease fell all over my seats. It was a huge mess. I took it back for them to clean. There still a stain in the armrest from the grease.
bcparker2
I need to take mine in to get the sunroof looked at again they replaced a bracket and gear about a year ago, but now it seems something is vibrating up there that shouldn't be.
