Yep, interior accent color was a factor in choosing velocity blue. I think the issue is that with some thing a single off replacement is stupid expensive. Just take a look at replacement wheels for higher end wheel/tire packages-a single wheel can cost $600 to replace when upgraded wheels/tires are only around $1000 or so. Its been like this for ages...I remember my dad eating a curb after getting cut off in his Escort GT I eventually winded up getting...replacement wheels where $300 each back in the mid 1980s. Good question - with them being bolted on (well fenders and whatnot), I'd imagine that's the intention. But they likely won't be cheap. ---- On a lighter note, got an official Ford email yesterday that I'm scheduled for week of the 14th build, and a VIN. Having second thoughts on my Lightning reservation. May just keep Mach-E, but Bronco Raptor could be tempting (or regular Bronco for that matter).
