akirby
Also note they combined cars and trucks so half of the 2020 10 best are trucks/utilities which is probably why Mustang didn't make the list.

jcartwright99
I find it really odd that the C8 Vette is on there being that it isn't in production. And will be lucky to be on lots in Q2 of next year.

It doesn't seem likely that C8 Chevrolet Corvette will meet the first one for 2020. Maybe C&D changed the criteria for 2020, beyond just bunching together cars and trucks/SUVs? The vehicle must be on sale by January Base price must be $90,000 or below The manufacturer must provide an example for testing Only substantially changed or new vehicles and the past year's 10 best winners are nominated Also noticed that Corvette is the only 2020 10 Best winner from a U.S. based company. In 2015 and 2016, all three major U.S. automakers had at least 1 winner.
brucelinc
Unless your criteria for "best" is the same as the editors of C & D, their list is just for entertainment value, anyway.

At least they're up front about that, as opposed to making it sound like it's an objective award which is in fact driven by advertising opportunities......
