jelange64 0 Report post Posted November 24 I have a 2017 F150 with SYNC 3 and when I have SiriusXM as the source and am listening to one station, when I switch to a different station, the station will change but the station name on the screen does not. Does not work when go thru all three presets for XM. When I change the source to FM or AM and go back to XM, then it works again for a few minutes then locks up. Updated the radio and still have the problem. Hi jelange. Just a shot in the dark before you have to make a service appointment: Have Sirius refresh your radio signal. If that does not help, you can try a SYNC 3 master reset. However, that may only correct the symptoms for a short time. You can also go to the SiriusXM website and use the online chat function to see if they have a solution to your channel issue. My Internet opinion guess (for what it it worth 🙃)? It is more likely there is an underlying SYNC issue that needs correcting. However, you can try these steps and perhaps it will save a trip to the Dealer for service..
